With the development of Internet technology,E-commerce has become a new business transaction mode.According to data from the E-commerce trading platform of the national bureau of statistics,the volume of E-commerce transactions nationwide was 31.63 trillion yuan in 2018,an increase of 8.5 percent year-on-year.In recent years,the national policy has been paying close attention to vocational education,and the new education model represented by online education(E-learning),which applies e-commerce,is favored by the capital.In 2018,China's online education market reached 251.76 billion yuan,up 25.7 percent year-on-year,and is expected to grow at a rate of 16-24 percent in the next three to five years.Among them,higher education and vocational training account for 80 percent,which will become the main players in China's online education market.Practice shows that,as a new mode of vocational education,online education largely meets the employment needs of enterprises,so it is urgent to conduct a systematic study on the development of e-commerce in vocational training schools.Taking SBS vocational training school as an example and guided by e-commerce,enterprise strategy,network marketing theory and customer transfer value theory,this paper starts from the current situation of vocational education development and conducts a multi-dimensional comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in its development process in combination with the current internal and external business environment in which SBS is located.First of all,through the adoption of PEST analysis model,the macro-analysis of the political and legal environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment in which SBS is located was carried out.On this basis,with the help of porter's five forces model,the industry environment of SBS was discussed,mainly involving the potential threat of new entrants,threat of substitutes,bargaining power of buyers,bargaining power of suppliers and industry market competition.Finally,the SWOT analysis model is used to systematically explain the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of SBS.This paper systematically studies the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of SBS vocational training school in Guilin.On the one hand,it makes clear the necessity and feasibility of SBS online vocational education and network marketing.From the perspective of online education and network marketing,on the other hand,summarizes the main problems of SBS e-commerce development,and proposed the electronic commerce organization structure,strengthen the online product market competitiveness,to carry out a variety of electric business mode,strengthening the Internet marketing strategy,establish specialized countermeasures are suggested,such as electric business team,in order to promote the SBS e-commerce healthy and rapid development,so as to improve the market competitiveness of SBS.
