The strength of the preschool education directly determines the success or failure of talent cultivation, which affects the rise or fall of a country and nation. From a long-term point of view, every country and every government will continue to increase investment in pre-school education. With the release of the national "two children policy”, preschool education in China will face a huge opportunity for development. Opportunities for development of pre-school education, will bring various pre-school education institutions in the competition and integration time.On 2015 January,The CNNIC released "the thirty-fifth China Internet development statistics report".The report says, as of 2014 December, the scale of China’s Internet users reached 649000000 people, the annual total of new users of 31170000 people. Internet penetration rate is 47.9%, an increase of 2.1 percentage points compared to the end of 2013. The development of the Internet industry shows two different characteristics of the new industry, one is the rapid growth of mobile client users, there are more than PC users of the trend in the future; the other is that the model of consumer behavior has changed, from AIDMA to AISAS. Description of the Internet environment, the consumer’s behavior patterns is changing and social is also changing, preschool education industry should take the initiative to adapt to this change in order to get better development.In this paper, through the analysis and study of the preschool education of network marketing, network marketing with the current preschool education in new era, combined with the actual operation situation of preschool education in the network marketing of M company, to build a set of analysis for pre-school education industry network marketing system, to provide a reference and guidance for the preschool education institutions increasingly fierce competition, promote the healthy development of pre-school education industry, better guarantee the healthy growth of children aged 0-6 years.In this paper, through the analysis of the preschool education and the network marketing, to find the combination of the two industries, the network marketing system of preschool education, preschool education has no breakthrough system in network marketing dilemma is over.
