In recent years,the state has stepped up its efforts to promote education informatization,and provinces and cities have invested heavily in building smart education cloud platform,aiming to trigger breakthroughs in basic education service carriers,models,methods,etc.Since 2015,many prefectures and cities in Anhui Province have begun to prepare for the construction of smart education cloud platform.After several years of development,has the construction of smart education cloud platform achieved the expected goal? Does the platform meet the needs of the front line? How is the user's effect? And so on,deserve further attention.Therefore,based on the user's point of view,it is particularly important to understand the recognition of the platform by teachers and students in time.This study will take the smart education cloud platform of four cities in Anhui Province as an example,to carry out questionnaire survey and interview with relevant teachers and students,to deeply investigate the shortcomings of the platform,and then put forward suggestions for optimizing the platform.The research contents include:First of all,based on user satisfaction theory,D & M information system success model theory and CCSI model,through literature review,combined with the characteristics of intelligent education cloud platform,this study constructs the user satisfaction model of intelligent education cloud platform,and puts forward research hypotheses;secondly,based on the model,combined with scholars' research and experts' guidance,it designs questionnaire indicators,compiles questionnaires,and Investigation and interview.Using statistical software SPSS,NVivo,WordArt,etc.,through statistical,description,cross analysis methods to carry out data analysis,and using structural equation model to verify the hypothesis.Finally,in view of the deficiencies of the smart education cloud platform found in the survey,combined with the improvement expectations of users in the open questions and interviews,the optimization suggestions of smart education cloud platform are proposed from the aspects of platform planning,quality,image,value,wisdom,etc.The results show that: 1.The user satisfaction of smart education cloud platform can be composed of four dimensions: user expectation,perceived platform quality,perceived platform value and platform image;2.The four dimensions and each factor of user expectation,perceived platform quality,perceived platform value and platform image have significant impact on user satisfaction;3.User expectation has significant impact on perceived platform quality;4.Perceived platform quality and Platform image has a significant impact on perceived platform value;5.Different identities,different segments,different types of users in different regions have different impact on the satisfaction of each dimension,but gender has no impact etc.On this basis,combined with a series of interviews,the research shows that the intelligent education cloud platform needs to do the following work to continuously serve the front-line Teaching: 1.Overall planning of the platform,two-way docking,2.Seamless docking between the platform quality,on-demand supply,constant research and constant innovation,3.Independent design of the platform image,to increase users' self realization needs,4.Platform value "Value added",to meet the sense of user acquisition,5.The integration of platform "wisdom" and "service",leading the new ecology of teaching innovation.This research aims at the user satisfaction analysis of smart education cloud platform,or it can provide some reference for the management departments of smart education cloud platform in cities.
