Strengthening the construction of teachers is the key to good education,especially primary and middle school teachers.They shoulder the heavy responsibility of building qualified successors and builders for the motherland.Their quality directly affects the future development of the country and the nation.The characteristics of the leading teacher studios at the top of the teacher community can provide us with an excellent example.They have rich teaching experience,superb teaching skills,noble ethics cultivation...These are all worthy of reference and emulation,and also worthy of our in-depth research.This article mainly studies the group characteristics of the leaders of the junior middle school teachers 'studios.Using questionnaire survey methods,literature research methods,scale measurement methods,interview methods and many other research methods,nine junior middle school teachers' studio leaders in T City,Jiangsu Province were selected.As a research object,they obtained their personal data through surveys and analyzed their group profiles in terms of gender,age,educational background,professional titles,teaching and research results,and so on.The Big Five personality model is used to analyze the group characteristics from two aspects of personality and professional characteristics.With the help of the interview method,according to the teachers' real experience,a number of factors that have an impact on the characteristics of the group of leaders of the famous teacher's studio are summarized,and inspirations are drawn and effective suggestions are put forward.The final survey results showed that:First,the proportion of male leaders in the junior high school studios in T City,Jiangsu Province is 77.8%,the number of party members is 88.9%,the age is mainly concentrated in the age range of 50-55,the number of undergraduates is 77.8%,and the number of senior titles At 55.6%,the output of scientific research results is pleasing.Secondly,the overall level of personality traits of the leaders of the famous teachers' studios is higher than that of ordinary famous teachers.They are at a moderately high level,and they are significantly different from ordinary famous teachers in terms of emotional stability and strictness.Third,the leader of the junior middle school teacher's studio has a higher professional concept and teacher ethics,higher enthusiasm for education and professional happiness.Leaders have a better grasp of practical knowledge and multidisciplinary knowledge than ordinary teachers.They can integrate theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge,and flexibly apply multidisciplinary knowledge in subject teaching.Fourth,the growth of the junior high school teacher's studio leader has been affected by both external and internal factors.The external factors include the family environment,education experience,environment of the work unit after employment,and related policies.They also include The key factors,characters,etc.,the internal factors include the content of intentional factors and quality factors.Therefore,the quality of the leader can be optimized according to the specific circumstances,creating a good external environment for the growth of the leader,expanding sufficient growth space,and strengthening the cultivation of personal ability,so as to improve the basic quality of the leader of the junior high school teacher studio.
