Modern text reading is to improve the source of creativity of modern people,enrich the spiritual state of modern people.The core quality concept is the lamp of modern literature reading teaching.The combination of the two plays a crucial role in promoting the overall development of students.The implementation of the core accomplishment needs the discipline as the medium,and the spirit of the discipline transmission needs the guidance of the core accomplishment.Therefore,the rational combination of the two is an important way to realize the educational purpose.This study focuses on the Chinese reading teaching of junior middle school stage,guided by the core concept of literacy,explore the core literacy problems in the process of implementation,to help a gleam of the language teacher to understand the correspondency of core accomplishment and modern article reading teaching,and improve the level of first-line teachers of reading teaching,promote students' all-round development and personality development,realize the core accomplishment of the ground.Therefore,based on questionnaire survey,literature analysis and classroom observation,this study first distributed questionnaires to the surveyed schools,including teacher's and student's papers.Meanwhile,the corresponding classes are selected for classroom observation.Secondly,the author finds the following problems in the current reading teaching through the categorization,verification and crossover analysis of the questionnaire results,combined with the classroom observation:formalization and inefficiency of theoretical learning,irrational fixed thinking,fragmentation of teachers' learning time and extroversion of learning orientation,teaching process is not conduciveto complete learning,progress teaching instead of comprehension teaching,deconstruction and interpretation replace overall perception,teacher leadership replaces student participation,ignore individual differences in students,there is no balance between the penetration of ideas and the teaching of reading,teaching strategies are not effective enough.In view of these problems,the author summarizes the reasons through literature analysis and questionnaire analysis in three main aspects: slow learning process of teachers,misalignment of classroom teaching objectives and values,and differences between core literacy concept and classroom teaching practice.Then,it analyzes and summarizes the strategies to improve the implementation of teachers' core qualities in reading teaching: to improve teachers' learning ability,to ensure quality and efficiency,to correct classroom teaching objectives and values,to establish correct teaching concepts and core qualities into the classroom,it is necessary to have reasonable teaching strategies.The implementation of teachers' core qualities needs the integration of theory and practice,and only by understanding the connotation of core qualities can teaching practice be better served.
