The Study On Reform Of College Logistical Management Based On Lean Management

Along with the reform of logistical corporate socialization of colleges deepening gradually and the level of socialization improving ceaselessly, management model of logistical and operational levels of the colleges have gradually become an important'bottleneck'factor in the further development of China's higher education. The innovation of means and concepts of college logistical management has become one of the breakthrough points. Reform of socialization of logistical corporate management of colleges is facing a new situation, and the circumstance of logistic has changed a lot, hence, more strength should be imposed, and we should deepen the reform of college logistical management mechanism, introduce advanced experience, technique and measures, lighten management burdens of administrative department and economic burdens. Based on the existed experience we should make clear our concept, quicken the steps of the reform of college logistical management, and make the college logistic serve the research, teach and study of the college better.During the writing of this paper, we refer lots of literatures at home and abroad, data, information from the internet, did the collection, coordination and classification according to the content of the paper. In addition, I used many advanced theories and methods for reference domestically and abroad. Based on the detailed analysis of management model and operation status of logistical corporations of Chinese and foreign colleges, I analyzed the actuality of reform of socialization of logistical corporate management of colleges, presented definitely a lean management model aiming at the actual situation of logistical corporations of colleges in China, and bring forward effective countermeasures for the promotion of the implementation of lean management model for college logistical corporations, and show the direction of the development of logistical corporations in our country, resolve the contradictions between'educating cultivation'and'serving cultivation', reinforce the foundation for the development of China's higher education further. Therefore, the study of logistical corporate management of college based on lean management is significant to deepen the reform of socialization of logistical corporate management of colleges and the development of China's higher education.
