Study Of Improvement For Service System Of CD University E-HOME Mass Innovation Space

University mass innovation space is still in the stage of practical exploration,and the academic research on the practical exploration of university mass innovation space is in urgent need of enrichment.In particular,the service system for university mass innovation space should be explored further for its impact and deficiencies in-depth,to form reference cases,promote the sustainable and systematic operation of university mass innovation space,promote the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and serve local economic development and social innovation.Using the literature research method and comparative analysis method,this study made a basic review and introduction of the current situation of mass innovation space in domestic and overseas universities and established a service system based on the construction background of CD University's E-HOME mass innovation space.By referring to work experience and in-depth interviews with the founders of the company,the deficiencies of the service were summarized in the initial construction and operation process,including lack of effective standards and procedures for project screening and cultivation,lack of an effective training system for S&T entrepreneurial teams(entrepreneurs),lack of establishment of financing cooperation channels,and inadequate contact and use of S&T resources in universities,etc.Therefore,by designing a questionnaire for service needs of E-HOME S&T entrepreneurs,the entrepreneurs are fully investigated using research and analysis methods to learn about the service needs of entrepreneurs,and the audience's suggestions for E-HOME mass innovation space,and in-depth analysis and summary are made as the basis for the improvement and optimization of the service system of E-HOME mass innovation space.Based on operational practice,the service system of E-HOME mass innovation space is optimized and optimized principles and ideas and improvements in measures are proposed,and the service content,service process and service method are optimized and improved through process management of project settlement and incubation,implementation of FL(future leadership)training plan,development,and implementation of entrepreneurship education courses,implementation of entrepreneurship training camp plans,implementation of entrepreneurial activities,the establishment of S&D mass innovation community,and establishment of investment and financing cooperation channels,etc.Finally,the implementation suggestions on the operation and security of E-HOME mass innovation space are proposed,to make corresponding demonstration effects and practical summary reference for the countermeasures and suggestions of the development of university mass innovation space.
