Research On Personnel Risk Identification Of Harbin International Marathon

With the cancellation of marathon approval in 2015,the number of marathon events increases and the number of participants increases,which is proportional to the risk(Risk refers to the possibility and potential of danger and loss in and around the place where people are and related to the environment).This paper USES literature,questionnaire,fault tree analysis and case analysis.The practical significance and theoretical value of the research is to identify,screen and summarize the risk sources of personnel risks in Harbin international marathon,identify the factors causing risk accidents and the possibility of risk generation,provide reference for personnel to avoid risks,and provide basis for formulating risk response mechanism.The risk source of personnel in Harbin international marathon is mainly composed of people,things and environment(around personnel),and the risk of the event has the characteristics of potential,objective,variable and complex.Personnel risk factors of the event mainly include factors of participants and service providers(organizers,judges,security personnel,volunteers,spectators,etc.).Risk identification is the process of judging risk sources,classifying risk factors and identifying their nature.It is not only the basis of management but also the key.The following conclusions:(1)The risk identification of participants before,during and after the competition,the preparation work before the competition is not sufficient,the safety consciousness is poor,the risk cognition is weak;There is no plan for the allocation of physical fitness in the competition.Fainting,bruising and muscle spasm are common and the risk is the greatest in the competition.After the game is mainly the body mechanism recovery,the risk coefficient is low.Most of the referees are college students,the training attendance before the competition is general,professional quality and professional knowledge need to be improved.The medical service volunteers are younger and need to improve their behaviors in the competition.Besides,they are not medical counterparts and have less rescue experience.the security personnel are mostly male,and they can handle things calmly,but few of them will be lax during the patrol,and stick to their posts generally.(2)Some supplies are not easy to digest,the late period of drug supply is not provided,the indicator is not placed in an appropriate position,and the fence at the turning point is at risk.(3)At noon,not only the temperature is high,but also the rain.Some unfinished competitors choose to continue,which is a risk to the environment.(4)Subway construction in the event caused more circuit curves,changes in operators made the preparation time for the event short and hasty,and athletes' physical diseases without signs or sports sudden death were uncontrollable risks.
