With the rapid improvement of China's economic level,people's pursuit of quality of life is increasingly shifted to spiritual needs,coupled with the implementation of the country's "sports power" policy,the Chinese Athletics Association announced "cancellation of commercial and mass event approvals" for the Chinese marathon The event provides a good environment for development.According to the official statistics of the Chinese Athletics Association,there are about 22 marathons throughout the country in 2011,and as of 2018,a total of 1581 marathons have been held.The number of marathons has increased year by year,and it has been a big one since 2015.The rate of increase is increasing,and the number of participants is also increasing year by year.Marathons are springing up and are in full swing throughout the country.The growth has not slowed down.However,there is currently a "hot" phenomenon in marathons,and the number of events held is increasing explosively.The sudden death of participants in the departmental marathon,insufficient preparation of materials,and reselling the places in disguise,etc.The risk of marathon has become an urgent problem to be solved.Successfully holding a marathon can,on the one hand,shape the city 's business card,on the other hand,it can increase the city 's influence and visibility,and harvest more social benefits,and vice versa.The Shenzhen International Marathon started in 2013,and the scale and influence of the event are constantly expanding;due to the short time of the event,some risks in the event itself have attracted the attention of the organizers and the attention of the academic community.This study takes the Shenzhen International Marathon risk identification and response strategy as the research object.By consulting the relevant materials or literature of sports events,the review of the reviewed literature is summarized and analyzed.It is found that it is mainly qualitative research,less quantitative research,and journals.More content is presented,and fewer master and doctoral thesis forms.According to the status quo found,interviews were organized with the Shenzhen International Marathon organizers and marathon experts.Through expert interviews,on-site surveys,mathematical statistics,questionnaire surveys,etc.,with the help of the WBS-RBS risk identification matrix map,Shenzhen Identify the risks of international marathon events,and use the RAC risk assessment index method to evaluate the Shenzhen International Marathon event,sort their corresponding risks according to the level of risk,draw a risk assessment checklist,and finally sort out the corresponding according to the actual situation Countermeasures.This study divides the Shenzhen International Marathon into three stages of operation before,during,and after the race based on the theory of the operation of the event;based on the risk management theory and using SWOT to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the Shenzhen International Marathon,the risk of the Shenzhen International Marathon is mainly divided Risks for competition organization,event guarantee,logistics service,event development,publicity,and social risks;by collecting data from the Shenzhen International Marathon Risk Identification Questionnaire for experts in related fields,the Shenzhen International Marathon was compiled The WBS-RBS Risk Identification Matrix ",combined with the" Shenzhen International Marathon Operational Risk Scoring Table ",was evaluatedby the invited experts from two aspects of possibility and severity,and finally the" Shenzhen International Marathon Risk Assessment List "was compiled.A total of 19 risk points were determined for the Shenzhen International Marathon.Class A high risks include: athlete risk,volunteer risk,transportation security risk,medical care security risk,food security risk,event sponsorship risk,athlete business development risk,and citizen feedback;Risks in category B include: personnel management risk,time risk,venue equipment management risk,runner loyalty;category C low risks include: information communication risk,guidance car security risk,referee risk,franchise risk,event broadcast risk,Online publicity risk,offline publicity risk.Through analysis and research on various types of risks,it is proposed to avoid event organization risks and establish risk organization management and control institutions;vigorously consolidate the basic work of event support;effectively avoid or reduce logistics support risk work;actively respond to event business development risks;seriously implement event promotion Work;strive to create a Shenzhen famous brand marathon.Provide useful reference value for the organization and management of Shenzhen International Marathon.
