Research On Risk Identification Of Hangzhou Marathon In 2018

The marathon in China has grown vigorously in recent years,at the same time,all sorts of risk events also emerge in endlessly,from shenzhen half marathon "shortcut" event,to suzhou marathon "hand flag" event,and then to zhuji xi shi marathon "competition forced interview" events,and at that time China's marathon negative energy followed,cause our thinking,what is wrong?Based on this,this paper takes risk identification,the primary link of risk management in project risk management theory,as the research content,to carry out research on risk identification of 2018 hangzhou marathon.In the first part of this paper,the risks of the 2018 hangzhou marathon were identified by open interview,field investigation and grounded theory.In the second part,literature review,case study,qualitative research and logical analysis are used to analyze the causes of identified risks and list corresponding measures.It aims to provide references for promoting the safety of future hangzhou marathon,reducing the probability of marathon risk occurrence,promoting the development of hangzhou marathon,and providing references for the risk management of other marathon events.According to the research content of this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)risk perception of the 2018 hangzhou marathon: through the open decoding,principal axis decoding and selective decoding of the grounded theoretical research method,a total of 4 categories of first-level risks of the 2018 hangzhou marathon were obtained,including personnel risk,environmental risk,political risk and organizational management risk.There are 10 types of secondary risks,including personnel management risk,personal injury risk,natural environment risk,venue and facility risk,traffic safety risk,competition service risk,cultural difference risk,extremism risk,object management risk and timemanagement risk.There are 46 types of three-level risks,including volunteer training risks and athletes' sudden physical diseases.(2)risk analysis of the 2018 hangzhou marathon: the risks identified in the first part were analyzed in combination with case expert interviews and a large number of literature argumentative studies,and the causes of risks were obtained and countermeasures were listed.1)the main causes of personnel risk are: personal injury,personnel mobility,etc.;The main causes of environmental risks are: weather factors,track environment,etc.The main causes of political risk are: personnel exchanges between countries,etc.The main causes of organizational management risk are: the management of the audience and the track management.2)measures to deal with personnel risks mainly include multiple pre-competition physical examinations for athletes,and enhanced training for staff,etc.;The measures to deal with environmental risks mainly include the organizing committee to make a weather risk emergency plan,to plan the site and to relax the location of the area after the game.The measures to deal with the political risk include training the staff on cultural exchange before the competition.The measures to deal with the risk of organization and management mainly include the establishment of an inspection team in the competition field,so that everyone can finish the competition in a more orderly manner,and the establishment of a fixed interview area and time after the completion of the competition.(3)based on the research content of this paper,the author puts forward four Suggestions.They are: 1)serious personal injury,multiple prevention.2)the heart of sports is honorable.Physical condition is the key.3)manage personnel organization and event operation.4)competition organization and management,competition is the key.
