The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among junior school students' perception of school climate,academic emotion and study engagement.In this study,the sampling method of cluster sampling was adopted to test the school climate questionnaire(junior school version),adolescent academic mood questionnaire and Chinese version of study engagement scale.800 paper questionnaires were issued to three junior schools in Daqing city,Heilongjiang province,and 745 valid questionnaires were eventually recovered.This paper conducts in-depth and detailed research and analysis on the questionnaires of 745 students,and mainly obtains the following results:(1)Adolescent junior school students' perception of the school climate is generally at an above average level,Perception school climate of the total score and learning pressure,Classmate relation,order and discipline dimension on whether to one-child significant difference,Perception school climate of the total score and Teacher-student relation,learning pressure,Classmate relation,order and discipline dimension differences in grade is significant,Perception school climate of the total score and learning pressure,Classmate relation dimension differences in family location is significant.(2)The positive academic emotion of junior school students is above the average level,while the negative academic emotion is below the average level.Positive high arousal and positive low arousal have significant differences in gender,positive high arousal,positive low arousal and negative high arousal have significant differences in grade,and positive high arousal have significant differences in family location.(3)Junior school students' overall study engagement is above the average level,the total score of study engagement and the dimension of dedication were significantly different in gender,study engagement were significantly different in grade,The dimensions of Vigor and Dedication were significantly different in family location.(4)Perception of school climate and study engagement and positive academic emotions showed a significant positive correlation,negative academic emotions and Perception of school climate and study engagement showed significant negativecorrelation.(5)Perception of school climate has significant Positive predictive effect on study engagement,Positive and negative academic emotions have significant positive and negative predictive effects on study engagement,Positive and negative academic emotions play a mediating part in between Perception of school climate and study engagement.The results show that Perception of school climate can not only directly affect junior school students' study engagement,but also indirectly affect junior school students' study engagement through positive and negative academic emotions.
