Case Work Is Involved In The Study Of Parenting Stress In Children With Autism

In recent years,the number of children with Autism has been increasing,It made the problem of Autistic children's families gradually appear in the public view.At present,the probability of curing for Autism is tiniest,and the parenting stress of Autistic children's parents is higher than other parents of special children.Long-term parents in high-pressure mud often accompanied by despair,anxiety,self-blame,low self-esteem,depression and other negative feelings.Those bad feelings not only bring serious troubles to parents' s production and life,but affect the growth and rehabilitation of Autistic children.In view of the problem of parenting stress of Autistic children,taking the participant observation and action research method,and using rational-emotive therapy and Action Research Method as the theoretical support,intervene in the parenting stress problem of Autistic children through the methods and techniques in this case.It works to relieve parenting stress by changing her irrational beliefs,helping the client to expand the cope style of parenting stress,and forming a benign interaction with the surrounding individuals and organizations.Thus the case not only enhances the client's ability to resist difficulties,and promote the client to face life positively,but providing reference for future related practices to social workers.Through the study,it was found that the change of irrational belief has a significant effect on alleviating parental pressure.In addition,it plays a key role in alleviating parental pressure of autistic children by attaching importance to the improvement of the subject's self-cognition,paying attention to the subtle changes and giving timely feedback.
