With the evolving development of the society and the implement of the quality-oriented education,children have entered to a more complex society where they can broaden their horizons and enriched their ideologies.Meanwhile,some more complicated educational problems appeared.Many schools realized that family-school communication was the key to solve problems during the growth stage of children.The applicable communication with common educational goal between family and school can help reach the expected educational effect.However,the family-school communication in rural schools still remain in a single and primary stage.In rural schools,it was common that most parents had to work outside for a living,resulting in less interaction and personal education.Therefore,parents didn't know the psychological state of their children because of the unknown children's performance in the school and unreachable communication with teachers.As for primary schools in rural areas,the family-school communication here is universal but particular.On basis of the studying on relevant literatures,the author made a face to face communication with the parents and teachers in the manner of interview.Through these efforts,the author expected to collect the information such as parent's and teacher's education thoughts,education concepts,views on family-school communication and actual difficulties encountered.The author conducted a questionnaire to parents and teachers in five primary schools in rural areas and collected the critical information for the paper study.According to the collected information and the investigated situation,the author took five primary schools in the rural area as example,analyzed the problems existing in family-school communication,concluded the factors affecting the communication and attempted to offer solutions.In order to realize a better educational demand,it wasimportant to make a common goal on cultivating good study habits and living habits as well as psychological quality of children through building a communicative bridge between family and school and promoting the family-school communication.A harmonious and equal family-school relationship will promote a better communication between parents and teachers as well as the future development of students themselves.
