In 2016,the textbooks compiled by the ministry of education for primary school Chinese grades 1 to 6 set up a separate oral communication section,forming a complete set of oral communication learning system,which shows that the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of students' oral communication ability and habits in the stage of compulsory education.For students in pastoral areas of ethnic minorities,due to the influence of geographical environment,family environment,social living environment and other factors,there is a big gap on the oral communication level with the urban students.Their oral communication ability has a direct impact on the future job hunting and employment,the improvement of living standards,the construction of hometown,career success and other aspects.The development of oral communicative competence has its own rules to follow,and the lower period of primary school is the critical period for children' s language development.Therefore,the teaching of oral communicative competence in the lower period of primary school is of great importance to the cultivation of students' good oral communicative competence.Based on this,this article take the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview,data statistics,the Mongolian areas in northwest of chifeng city,Inner Mongolia kalaqin County XiaoNiuQun town three rural pastoral area boarding in the elementary school low section oral communication teaching present situation investigation,to do scientific analysis and combined with relevant theory,put forward feasible Suggestions,to improve the rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia younger pupils for oral communication ability has certain positive meaning.The thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,including the proposal of the problem,the purpose and significance of the research topic,the research status,the scope and method of the research and the definition of the main concepts.The second chapter briefly introduces the requirements and Suggestions for oral communication teaching in primary schools from Chinese curriculum standards and textbooks.The third chapter takes the current situation of oral communication teaching in three rural pastoral primary schools in Kalaqin County of Inner Mongolia as the object of analysis.It specifically analyzes the basic situation of primary schools,teachers and students in these three rural pastoral schools,the content and methods of oral communication teaching in these three rural pastoral primary schools,as well as the achieved results and existing deficiencies.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems and puts forward practical Suggestions:the school should increase the number of oral communication class hours,improve the teaching conditions of oral communication,and fully explore oral communication resources in combination with national characteristics;Teachers strive to improve their own cultural literacy and the ability to use information technology,and actively participate in curriculum exchange training;Students increase extracurricular reading,actively participate in various oral communication activities,listen to more standard mandarin audio and video materials.This paper is to Inner Mongolia Kalaqin County Xiaoniuqun town three rural pastoral areas in the elementary school low section oral communication teaching as the research object,added to three rural pastoral areas in the elementary school low section of oral communication teaching practice,on top of this trigger thinking and suggestion is not only for three schools in particular,is to improve the other minority rural areas in the elementary school low section common problems existing in the oral communication teaching provides some reference.
