At present,labor education has been paid more and more attention.Since the opinions on strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the National Youth work Committee of the Ministry of Education on August 3,2018,labor education has been a hot topic of people's attention and has occupied an important position in people-oriented quality education.Among them,the cultivation of children's labor behavior habits is the core of labor education and the key to the cultivation of labor quality.Accordingly,the author carries out the action research based on home cooperation in the fourth class of H kindergarten in Yuelu District,Changsha City,in order to explore the effect of home cooperation on the cultivation of children's labor behavior habits;The effective way to cultivate children's labor behavior habit.This article uses the action research method,uses the plan-the action-the observation-the reflection cycle to make the intervention to the young child labor behavior habit formation.The first is to diagnose the labor problems of the children in the middle and fourth classes,to design the action plan for the problems,and then to implement the plan,to observe and reflect on the formation of the children's labor behavior habits in the process of implementation,and then toplan again on the basis of reflection,so that the children's labor behavior habits can be formed.The article is divided into four parts,mainly through the education activities related to labor,parent-child activities,practical activities to cultivate children's labor behavior habits of action research.Part I.Main The second part is the problem diagnosis and the action plan determination,through the observation and the interview discovers the young child mainly exists the labor cognition,the labor emotion,the labor behavior three aspects question;the third part is the action implementation stage,divides the labor into the kindergarten and the family two different fields to carry on,the garden carries on by the teaching activity,the painting activity and the competition activity,the home carries on by the parent-child activity,in which the young child has the labor practice in the home garden;The fourth part is the conclusions and recommendations of the study,based on the implementation of the action The effect,the effectiveness of the mechanism of the formation of labor behavior habits,the change of action to the concept of parents and the three activities can promote the formation of habits.Finally,the advice to kindergarten and parents.
