| In March 2020,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era"(hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions")was issued,reflecting the country’s requirements and concerns for strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools nationwide.At the same time,the multiple policies introduced by the country in recent years have further highlighted the necessity and importance of family school collaboration in carrying out labor education.Among them,the home school collaborative cultivation of labor habits is not only an indispensable and important component of labor education,but also a weak link in current labor education.In addition,considering that primary school students are in the Key Stage of personal labor habits.Therefore,this article focuses on the study of home school collaborative training strategies for primary school students’ labor habits.The study first defined and clarified the concepts of labor habits,home school collaboration,and home school collaboration in cultivating primary school students’ labor habits.Secondly,the study conducted a survey and research on the current performance of primary school students’ labor habit development through the preparation of survey questionnaires and interview outlines.It was found that there are four main problems in the development of primary school students’ labor habits: firstly,in terms of active labor,students are not actively engaged in labor.Secondly,in terms of standardized labor,students have strong arbitrariness in actual labor operations.Thirdly,there is insufficient practical experience in safe labor.Fourthly,it is easy to give up when encountering difficulties in labor.Once again,focusing on survey data,combining theoretical analysis and practical interviews,the study found that the main reasons for restricting the development of primary school students’ labor habits in terms of home school collaboration are: firstly,the lack of home school collaboration atmosphere restricts active labor.Specifically,it includes three aspects: the weak cultural atmosphere of home school labor,the shortage of home school labor practice activities,and the imperfect home school labor system.Secondly,the low ability of home school collaboration restricts students’ standardized labor.Specifically,it includes three aspects: inefficient coordination and standardized guidance between home and school,and insufficient depth in the process of home school cooperation guidance.Thirdly,improper collaboration between home and school hinders safe labor.Specifically,it includes two aspects: the single content of home school safety guidance design and the lack of practical experience in home school safety labor.Fourthly,the concept of home school collaboration is lacking,neglecting the cultivation of labor habits.This mainly includes two aspects: the neglect of cultivating students’ sense of labor responsibility by both parents and schools,and the lack of willpower training for children.Finally,based on the above reasons,the study proposes corresponding improvement strategies,mainly including the following points: firstly,linkage to create a labor atmosphere and encourage children to actively participate.Mainly including: jointly creating colorful home school activities to increase opportunities for active labor;Collaborate to exert environmental influence and mobilize active participation awareness;Improve the construction of home school labor system and consolidate active labor habits in three aspects;Secondly,multiple forces should fully participate and guide children to standardize their labor.Mainly starting from two aspects: improving the ability of family school collaboration and standardized guidance,and coordinating with all parties to optimize labor standard guidance.Thirdly,work together to optimize safety education and improve safety labor experience.Specifically,it is necessary to jointly establish regular education on home school social safety guidance,and collaborate to enrich the practical experience of safe labor.Fourthly,coordinate the transformation of educational concepts and encourage children to persist in labor.There are two specific points to guide: the first,Collaborate to cultivate children’s sense of labor responsibility and willpower;then,Collaborate to guide children to independently solve labor difficulties.In summary,this article focuses on the implementation status of primary school students’ labor habits,explores the reasons behind the current situation and problems related to home school collaboration,and proposes strategies to optimize home school collaborative training,in order to further promote the cultivation of primary school students’ labor habits and the improvement of labor literacy,and to a certain extent,assist in the high-quality development of home school collaboration. |
