| Level 1 students are just one of the main bodies in the compulsory education stage.It is the common expectation of schools,families and society to promote level 1students to develop good sports habits.Exploring the home school cooperation model to promote level 1 students to develop sports habits is just the need to implement the "double reduction" policy,the need to develop school physical education,and the need to improve the physical health level of level 1 students.The purpose of this study is to verify the scientific effectiveness of the model and the practical application effect of the model through the actual application of the home school cooperation model.Taking the "Internet plus" as the background and the home school cooperation model as the research object,this paper studies the home school cooperation model by using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.In this study,12 classes of students in the lower stage(Grade1-2)of Chongqing Ganghua Primary School were taken as the experimental subjects.The experimental period was 12 weeks.Before the experiment,the exercise habits of the experimental subjects before the experiment were investigated with the questionnaire method,and the relevant research data were obtained.Subsequently,the control group followed the original physical education teaching mode,while the experimental group was integrated into the home school cooperation mode,implemented with "skipping every day+We Chat" as the carrier,and assigned sports homework for 5 days a week through "skipping every day".The content of the homework was to complete 5-6 sports movements,with 25-30 minutes of practice every day.After the experiment,the same questionnaire and method were used to conduct the questionnaire survey,and the data before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.Finally,the following research conclusions are drawn: 1.The exercise habits of level one students in the experimental group are significantly different before and after the experiment;2.The home school cooperation mode promoted the number of weekly exercises of level one students in the experimental group to increase gradually;3.The home school cooperation mode promoted the students of level one of the experimental group to gradually increase the duration of each exercise;4.The family school cooperation mode promoted the level one students of the experimental group to have a relatively fixed and reasonable exercise time;5.The home school cooperation mode promotes the diversification of the level one student sports venues of the experimental group;6.The home school cooperation mode is helpful to improve the level of the experimental group-students’ enthusiasm for sports.Based on the conclusions of this study,in order to better optimize the home school cooperation model and promote the development of sports habits of level one students,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Build an online co education platform;2.Promote the deep cooperation between home and school and the same frequency resonance;3.Create a positive physical education teaching situation;4.Improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers;5.Seriously implement sports homework;6.Parents should establish a correct concept of physical education. |
