Complete credit system is a kind of teaching management system which is based on student-oriented. At present, China’s institution of Higher Learning is under the deepening education reform, which is an important measure to carry out the complete credit system. Under the complete credit system, students can determine the course, choose the teacher, make the employment direction, and arrange the length of schooling, according to their own needs. According to the characteristics of students, schools can teach students in accordance with their attitude and implement targeted multifaceted education plan. It is precisely because of these characteristics, so that it is very suitable for the major of tourism management in undergraduate education. The teaching of Undergraduate Tourism Management which is based on complete credit system can meet the requirements of the development of students’ differences, providing professional and practical compound talents for tourism industry. In particular, the cultivation of the tourism industry is the lack of non-homogeneity of talent.Institute of Tourism Management of Bohai University started a pilot in 2013 for all undergraduate students of 2012 and 2013. It implements the complete credit management system, highlighting the “student-oriented” core philosophy, and constantly perfects the credit system reform completely from students major professional ability to start, pays attention to innovation and entrepreneurship, emphasizes students skills development, which laid the foundation for the comprehensive reform, bringing new vigor and vitality into personnel training, quality of personnel training to further improve. However, with the complete credit curriculum depth and practical level there are still many “distortions” worthy of our reflection, this thesis bases on the perspective of tourism management students fully implement of credit system present situation investigation, through combing the results of the survey, combing findings an exploration of factors hinder the effective implementation of the complete credit, credit for full implementation of the existing problems, to seize the suit between theory and practice, aiming to make effective use of tourism management professional credit fully meet the demand for tourism human resources, and with related research at home and abroad, to make concrete reform measures under the complete credit system of Tourism Management Specialty Teaching.
