| On May 20,2020,the representative of the National People's Congress put forward a proposal that "improper teachers of public funded normal students should be recorded in the integrity file",which caused a hot debate in the society.The public funded education policy for normal students became a hot spot for a while,and the breach behavior of public funded normal students also became the focus of people's attention and discussion.Education is the first priority for a long-term plan.Teachers,as educators,play an important role in the process of education.In order to ensure the quantity and quality of teachers,the policy of free education for normal students was returned in 2007,and tens of thousands of outstanding talents have been trained so far.However,since the first employment of graduates,there has been a breach of contract due to various reasons.With the passage of time,this phenomenon has not disappeared and has a trend of deterioration.In September 2018,the China Youth Daily Social Survey Center and the questionnaire network jointly conducted a survey for 2010 people across the country.In terms of the reasons for the breach of contract of the public funded normal students,About 57.6% of them believed that they found themselves unsuitable or disliked the profession of teachers during their study.About 52.6% believed that the length of service was too long.About 51.5% believed that they did not know enough about the policy at the time of entering the examination.Another 41.6% believedthat the salary and treatment of the school affected their choice.Another23.8% believed that the reason for the breach was that their development prospects were limited.The above reasons cover a wide range,but about 77.7% of the interviewees are parents,The research results have certain reference significance,but the authenticity needs to be verified.Is this the case and what is the real reason why free normal graduates choose to default? What is their real psychological process?What methods can be used to "retain" free normal students? This is the problem that this research attempts to explore and solve.This research mainly uses the case study method,takes the interview primarily,takes the psychological contract theory as the foundation,starting from the three dimensions of psychological contract,namely,normative psychological contract,interpersonal psychological contract and developmental psychological contract,this paper selects four graduates who have chosen to breach the contract after their work as the research objects and conducts a case study,this paper verifies the hypothesis that the break of psychological contract has a great influence on the breach of contract under the premise of completing their work,and puts forward some suggestions from three different levels of psychological contract.First of all,we should increase economic investment to meet the standard psychological contract,which mainly includes two aspects: increasing investment to improve teaching environment and improving teachers' salary.Secondly,we should strengthen social recognition and self-identity to meet the interpersonalpsychological contract,which mainly includes three aspects: active propaganda,strengthening social respect,strengthening the sense of responsibility,realizing the two-way nature of psychological contract,and avoiding too utilitarian,enhancing professional identity.Finally,we should actively adjust policies,strengthen education guidance,and meet the development oriented psychological contract.It mainly includes three aspects: strengthening the sense of good faith,cultivating the spirit of contract,timely adjustment,strengthening supervision,enhancing policy flexibility and strengthening employment guidance and services. |
