Employee psychological contract refers to the mutual obligation perceived by employees among the reciprocal relationships of employees and organization。 It includes two facets: organization obligations to employees and employee obligations to organization。 Compared to economic contract, psychological contract is also a dominant factor in determining the attitude and obligation of employees towards organization although most of the content of psychological contract are ambiguous and implicit。 Psychological contract, therefore, is one of the important research topics in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior。This study aims at three aspects: exploring the structure of employee psychological contract of university teachers; understanding the influences of the types of employee psychological contract to emotional commitment; understanding the influences of employee psychological contract breach to emotional commitment。 Finally, we try to summarize the principles and rules from these studies and establish some measures in order to improve the management of the university。In the study of the structure of psychological contract of university teachers, we proposed a two — dimension structure model and constructed a questionnaire of psychological contract of university teachers。 Our study found that the two — dimension structure model is rational to university teachers。 In the study about the types of psychological contract, we had a conclusion that the types of psychological contract influence the teachers' emotional commitment。 In the study of employee psychological contract breach, we found that the psychological contract breach has a negative relationship with emotional commitment。This study will enrich the studies about psychological contract and its breach, because few relative studies have focused on university teachers。In the end, the author proposed a few measures to help to improve the management of the university。...
