A Case Study On Preschool Education Famous Teachers' Studio Of Cultivating Excellent Preschool Teacher

In recent years,in order to accelerate the development of preschool education and strengthen the reform of preschool education,China has issued a series of policy documents,pointing out that we should strengthen the construction of preschool teachers and train a number of excellent preschool teachers.The construction of excellent preschool teachers is an effective measure to improve the quality of preschool education and a breakthrough point for the reform and development of preschool education.As a new form of teacher learning community,it has become a new platform for training excellent preschool teachers.This study takes the L preschool education famous teachers' studio in Yuelu district,Changsha city as a case.The research methods mainly include questionnaire survey method,interview method and text analysis method.By studying the composition,management and advanced study and training work of it,we can understand the composition of its members,work objectives,management mechanism,research forms adopted in the training of teachers,research activities carried out and research results obtained.It is found that the research achievements of preschool teachers in the L Preschool education famous teachers' studio are remarkable,and some of them stand out and meet the requirements of excellent teachers.Based on the case study of three excellent preschool teachers,the author summarizes their research experience into four points: First,to clarify their three-year development plan and actively participate in studio activities;Second,to grasp the studio research opportunities,and strive to improve themselves;Third,strengthen independent reading,pay attention to form reflective ability;Fourth,the scientific theory guides the practice,enhances the teaching scientific research ability unceasingly.Through the study of the L preschool education famous teachers' studio,the author also found that there are some problems in the operation of it,such as unclear work objectives,insufficient growth motivation of some students,insufficient exploitation and integration resources,and imperfect research and study support system.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward four suggestions to improve the effectiveness of training excellent preschool teachers in famous teachers' studios of preschool education.Clear studiowork objectives,accurate positioning of students training objectives;Establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation incentive system to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers;Expand the training resources of famous teachers' studios and enrich the training activities of teachers;Improve the relevant system and further optimize the training path.
