In many areas of our country,we have made a variety of attempts to cultivate high-quality teachers,and gradually explored the teachers' growth community with "famous teacher Studio" as the core.Famous teachers studio can give full play to the existing precious resources to solve the problems of inadequate quality preschool education resources and the uneven professional level of the overall teaching staff and so on.This plays a key role in improving the overall quality of education in the region,constructing the practical system of teachers' professional development and leading the professional development of preschool teachers.A case study was carried out on Hohhot L Preschool Teachers Studio by means of the main methods of observation and interviews.We were participating in the work and activities of L Preschool Teachers Studio and the research and survey has been conducted for 10 months.Via the investigation and the diagnosis,recognition of problems,analysis on the problems,planning,adjustment on the plans,execution of the plans,summarization and feedback were all taken care.Through the investigation,it is found that there were the following problems in promoting the professional development of preschool teachers.The orientation and development direction of the studio is vague,and the attention that were paid to the young teacher as well as the training was not enough.Plus,the time for activities and the forms needed to be innovated with insufficient communications and cooperation between the teachers and also some members were found with weak consciousness for development.After exploring and analyzing the above problems,combining the theory of learning community,the theory of group motivation and the related theories of teachers' professional development,the aim is to promote the professional development of teachers scientifically and effectively in famous teachers' studios.A series of specific improvement programs are conducted with the famous teachers studio moderator,relevant experts and so on.The programaims from the studio overall goal and the teacher individual goal,and the concrete plan is implemented is with the help of the famous teacher to carry out the teacher's theory study and the practice exchange with the specific contents which are in accordance with Professional Standards of Preschool Teachers.The program mainly achieved two aspects of practical effects both from preschool teachers and the studio.In terms of the teachers,teachers' professional consciousness is improved and they are asked to give play to their own initiative and teachers' knowledge content is enriched while they canoptimize their professional abilities;And the process of teachers' growth is paid attention,in this way,teachers' ability of development and response is promoted.For the studio: the systems are gradually improved and the rights of the teachers are sufficiently respected;while the organizational culture is established to lead the development of teachers commonly;also activities are done around students to ensure the quality and time of study.Through practice,we can see that the studio of famous teachers is so effective and scientific that it will become a new model of teachers' professional development.
