In the past 40 years of China's reform and opening-up,urban space has gradually expanded and the scale of labor mobility has been gradually expanded.Especially since the introduction of new urban construction in 2014,the pace of urbanization construction has gradually accelerated,not only to improve the degree of space urbanization,but also pay more attention to the development of population urbanization,especially the high-quality development of new urbanization.However,in this process,the rapid rise in housing prices around the housing price ratio gradually expanded,and then indirectly led to a large increase in the cost of labor inflow,while the restriction of household registration system,farmers land difficult to resettle and unequal welfare treatment also seriously hindered the flow of labor,increasing the difficulty of promoting the construction of a new type of urbanization.Based on this,this paper explores the relationship between housing price income ratio,affordable housing supply and labor mobility.The purpose of this paper is to study the ratio of house price income and the impact of housing supply on labor mobility,and to explore whether the two affect the flow of labor of different nature.Before carrying out the empirical analysis,this paper introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,and combs the relevant literature.After analyzing the mechanism of the effect of housing supply and house price income ratio on labor force,the hypothesis is put forward and a reasonable mathematical model is constructed.Then in the empirical analysis part,this paper first analyzes the impact of housing supply and house price income ratio on labor mobility at the national level,and divides the regions of the country,respectively,the impact of the two on labor mobility in the central,eastern and western regions.Then further analysis of the impact of the two on the high and low skilled labor force.The empirical results show that the supply of housing and the ratio of house price income are all inhibited the labor mobility guarantee at the national level,but the influence of labor mobility is different in different regions.In addition,as far as spillover effect is concerned,the security housing does not show obvious spatial spillover effect on the flow of labor,but the ratio of house price income shows obvious spatial spillover effect on labor mobility.Finally,based on the empirical results,this paper puts forward the corresponding policies and suggestions.Specifically for the protection of housing supply,commodity prices,and other factors to put forward a reasonable proposal.Specific policies on the supply of affordable housing include continuing to increase the construction of affordable housing through cooperation between the central government and local governments,paying attention to the quality of housing supply,expanding the coverage of affordable housing,and establishing and improving the exit mechanism for affordable housing.The policy on housing prices includes controlling the prices of eastern coastal cities through the policy of restricting purchase and loan,narrowing the difference between the prices of the regions,and supporting the development of innovative enterprises.
