With the continuous development and change of the network information process,education has been further developed and promoted.The sharing of network information promotes the diversified development of the educational industries,shortens the differences between urban and rural education,and promotes the fairness of education and teaching.Lhasa region promotes education remote sharing through remote live teaching,which further expands education resources and makes the country pay more attention to the areas with relatively backward education development.The appearance of remote live teaching breaks the limit of traditional time and space,and transports the high-quality teaching resources to ethnic areas where are lack of education resources so that the students in high school of Lhasa can receive the high-quality learning resources in the first place.The author points out that Lhasa can not only be a beneficiary but also a supplier,the schools in Lhasa accept the remote live teaching from mainland schools,at the same time,some excellent schools in Lhasa can provide long-distance education to other areas in Tibet,achieving the sharing of long-distance teaching and fairness of education so as to improve the whole of Tibetan education.Remote live teaching is a way for sharing of long-distance teaching,meanwhile live teaching achieves the sharing of long-distance teaching.Therefore,the paper is to promote the sharing of long-distance teaching in Lhasa by studying the remote live teaching.The author's main purpose is to study the remote live teaching by using various research methods,such as checking a large number of domestic and foreign relative literatures and surveying the current situation of live teaching in Lhasa,whichare based on the current teaching situation to design the questionnaire and interview outline.According to the survey results,there are some problems in the implementation of live teaching in Lhasa.At present,the main achievements of live teaching are as follows:teachers can deal with the teaching contents better;teachers can cultivate the students' abilities in many aspects;teachers can pay more attention to the schools and relevant management and teachers can update their teaching ideas and methods.The main existing problems are as follows : it is hard for students to receive the large classroom capacity;teachers and schools are lack of live teaching and management experience;parents' supervision is poor;students don't adapt to live teaching and have antipathy etc.According to the existing problems and reasons,and combined with the author's own practical teaching,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of students,teachers,management and supervision.For students,it is important to cultivate students' learning interests and learning methods,improve students' autonomy and form the habit of preview and review.For teachers,it is necessary to update their own teaching ideas,improve their teaching levels,and know the Tibetan students' learning situation.It is also equally necessary to decide the teaching models,integrate the high-quality teaching resources carefully and strengthen the classroom interaction from the interaction mode and interaction strategy according to the teaching contents.For supervision and management,the main measures include strengthening the attention and investment of live teaching,equipping professional management people,building up the live teaching teams and strengthening the management and education together between home and school.Therefore,the long-distance live teaching has achieved initial results in the cultivation of students' abilities in all aspects in Lhasa city.The promotion and implementation of live teaching should adopt the "double teacher mode" live teaching,which not only ensures the classroom quality,but also has the supervision and guidance of the subject teachers.The high-quality live teaching must be designed with the teaching design in line with the learning situation.It is hoped that this study can be used as a reference for the popularization of the concept of live teaching in Lhasa and relevant decision-making,and also for the implementation of live teaching in other regions and other disciplines.
