Government supervision of preschool education is an important means to deepen the reform and to standardize the development of preschool education under the condition of market economy.The purposes of perfecting the supervision system of preschool education are to achieve government-led and standardized management,to better provide public welfare and inclusive preschool education services,to realize beautiful expectation of "child-rearing" for every school-age child,and to promote the healthy and happy growth of children."The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education" clarifies the direction to perfect the Supervision System and makes specific requests in carrying out the supervision responsibilities,strengthening the source supervision,improving the process supervision,intensifying the safety supervision,stricting supervision in accordance with the law.The administrative departments at all levels in Zigong City regulate the behavior of kindergartens in accordance with relevant preschool education regulations,supervise and approve inclusive kindergartens strictly.However,due to the fragmentation of supervision bodies,the lack of scientific supervision standards for supervision,imperfection feedback rectification and imperfection reward and punishment.There are a series of problems in regulatory body,regulatory implementation,regulatory feedback.It is valuable to form a perfect and coordinated supervision system in preschool education readjustment for government.Based on the development of preschool education in Zigong City,this thesis takes the government supervision system of preschool education as the starting point.According to the actual operation of the current government supervision system of preschool education in Zigong City,summing up the problems,analyzing the reasons,and finally proposing countermeasures and suggestions of improving the government supervision system of preschool education.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part expounds the research background and significance of this thesis,summarizes and comments the relevant research trends at home and abroad,analyzes the ideas and methods of this thesis.The second part clarifies the core concepts of preschool education,government supervision of preschool education and preschool education supervision system,and expounds the relevant theoretical basis.The third part investigates the status of the government supervision system of preschool education in Zigong by a combination of questionnaires and interviews,summarizes and identifies problems of government supervision system of preschool education in regulatory body,regulatory implementation and regulatory feedback.The fourth part analysis causes of the existing problems of supervision system of preschool education in Zigong.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the government supervision system of preschool education.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook,summing up the shortcomings in the research and looking forward to the future research directions.Government supervision plays a crucial role in the high-quality development of preschool education.Further clarifying the regulatory bodies to improve the implementation efficiency of supervision and strengthening the regulatory feedback to improve the government supervision system will promote the development of preschool education reform.
