Preschool education quality supervision is a countermeasure against the plight of quality education development,the essence of which is to enhance the quality of conservation and education,and advance the development of children both physically and mentally via improving pre-school education quality supervision system."National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" indicates the basic direction of prompting the quality of pre-school education;"Several Opinions of the State Council on Current Development of Preschool Education" also proposes "the establishment of evaluation and supervision system of kindergarten quality".As a "Strengthening the responsibility of government to develop preschool education" reform pilot city,Ningbo City implemented some projects for improving the pre-school education quality supervision system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the status quo of pre-school education quality supervision system in Ningbo,and puts forward the countermeasures.The main content of this study is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.This part summarizes the research results of quality supervision system of preschool education at home and abroad,and elaborates the background,the purpose and the meaning,the core concept and the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the quality supervision system.First of all,starting from the product attributes of pre-school education,it can be concluded that the government should bear the main responsibility for quality supervision.Secondly,by analyzing the theory of total quality management,it is found that all aspects of pre-school education quality supervision system need the guidance of the theory.Finally,through the analysis of the Theory of System Science,we can see that the regulatory system consists of four parts.The third chapter is the analysis of the content of the pre-school education quality supervision system.This part constructs the analytical framework of pre-school education quality supervision system,and makes a concrete analysis from the aspects of pre-school education quality supervision system,this provides a research logic to analyze the current situation of quality supervision system of pre-school education in Ningbo and put forward the countermeasures.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the pre-school education quality supervision system in Ningbo.Through some empirical research methods such as questionnaire,interview investigation,this chapter depicts the present situation of the construction in Ningbo.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research in the first four chapters,Chapter Five analyzes the problems existing in the quality supervision system of pre-school education in Ningbo,pointing out the important conditions for perfecting the quality supervision system of preschool education,and puts forward the countermeasures.There is no end of the study,and the last chapter is about the thinking of the shortcomings in this study as well as the follow-up study of the future.
