The outline of the national mid-and long-term education reform and development plan points out: Teaching should "optimize the knowledge structure,enrich social practice,and strengthen ability training." At the same time,the Ministry of Education launched the "Core Literacy for Chinese Student Development",which further promoted the transformation and reform of elementary education unit teaching.As the mainstream of classroom teaching development in elementary and middle schools in the future,unit teaching can make up for the shortcomings of less emphasis on teaching materials,less students,the fragmentation of Chinese knowledge structure and the low effectiveness of students' comprehensive language ability.However,at present,there are still problems in the design direction and application effect of unit teaching in China.The root cause is that the design and application of the system is too little,resulting in a lack of systematic curriculum analysis and design,which makes the unit teaching flow form and cannot be truly Realize the advantages of unit teaching.Based on the above facts,this article attempts to use the ADDIE model to carry out applied research on elementary Chinese unit teaching,with a view to promoting the systematic design and implementation of unit teaching.This study mainly includes the following four parts:In the first part,on the basis of summing up unit teaching theory and ADDIE instructional design model theory,this article takes ADDIE instructional design model as the research object,and uses the literature research method to carry out research on the theoretical connotation of instructional design model,and comprehensively analyzes ADDIE instructional design model The five components: analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation.Then through the characteristics of unit teaching system,integrity,subjectivity,flexibility,the general design of unit teaching process elements,and the current unit teaching still has problems: teachers lack understandingof unit teaching;unit teaching ignore Student's subject status;a single knowledge cannot be effectively transformed into ability;unit teaching lacks a systematic evaluation system to explain.Finally,the applicability value of the ADDIE model in the teaching design of the elementary school Chinese unit is discussed,and the basic theory of the application of the ADDIE teaching design model in the teaching of the elementary school Chinese unit is established.In the second part,based on the ADDIE model,a set of design flow charts for elementary school low-level unit teaching was constructed,and according to the five stages of the ADDIE model,the following five requirements were made for its application principles:(1)fully understand the teaching objects;(2)Closely focus on teaching objectives;(3)Connect and integrate teaching resources;(4)Focus on classroom performance;(5)Evaluation requirements are comprehensive and accurate,providing theoretical guidance for the use of ADDIE instructional design model in the teaching of Chinese language units in primary schools.In the third part,the second edition of the second grade "Fairy Tales" unit is used as the teaching content,and the second grade of Chongqing H Primary School is selected as the teaching object for practical application.By formulating reasonable unit teaching goals;implementing effective unit teaching Method;comprehensive evaluation of the teaching effect of the unit provides practical reference for the teaching design of the Chinese language unit in the elementary school.The fourth part,through a comprehensive analysis of theory and practice,summarizes that the ADDIE instructional design model has four advantages in the application of elementary school Chinese unit teaching:(1)emphasize the integrity of the teaching process;(2)give play to the subjectivity of the teaching object;(3)Improve the systematic evaluation of teaching;(4)Improve the effect of Chinese classroom teaching,but there are also some deficiencies in the specific application process,the author intends to put forward suggestions for improvement from both the school and teachers.
