In the 21 st century,the whole world is calling for "training innovative talents".In response to this call,the state puts forward the goal of cultivating "all-round development of people".The physics curriculum standard requires that compulsory education physics curriculum should aim at improving the scientific literacy of all students.As an important part of physics teaching,experiment teaching is an important way to implement the goal of physics curriculum and improve students' scientific literacy.At the same time,the curriculum standard also clearly proposes that teachers should develop experimental curriculum resources through various ways,and vigorously advocates teachers and students to use the readily available goods,appliances,materials and so on to carry out low-cost physical experiments.Therefore,the development and application of low-cost physical experiments closely meet the requirements of physical curriculum standards for physical experiments and physical experiment teaching.Strengthening the development and application of low-cost physical experiments is conducive to promoting the innovation of middle school physical teaching instruments,alleviating the shortage and shortage of experimental instruments in some rural schools,improving the practical ability of teachers and students,and improving the quality of physical teaching So as to promote the reform of physics teaching and the improvement of students' scientific literacy.Based on the literature review on the development and application of low-cost physical experiments,it is found that there are few monographs and articles on this field in China,and there are some problems as follows: most of the low-cost physical experiments are designed to solve a specific problem;most of the developers are teachers,who fail to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students for development;the development space is limited to classrooms or laboratories,The combination with the development of the times and science and technology is not close enough;the scopeof experimental application is not wide,most of them are only used for demonstration experiments;the connection with the current education goal is not close,lack of in-depth and systematic research.Therefore,we hope that through the research of this subject,we can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the development and application of low-cost physical experiment resources,so as to better realize the educational function and value of low-cost physical experiment.Based on modern teaching concept,physical experiment teaching theory and physical and mental development characteristics of junior high school students,this study has achieved the following research results through investigation and interview,experience summary,hands-on practice and evaluation improvement:Firstly,the low-cost experiments of junior high school physics based on intelligent software and the low-cost physical experiments with students as the main body of development are developed.Combined with the existing measurement software which can realize a variety of physical quantities,a corresponding low-cost physical experiment case is developed.The intelligent software is easy to install and fast to update,which provides the possibility of new,lower cost and more convenient operation for physics teaching.This not only makes up for the lack of existing experimental resources,but also improves the experimental effect,breaks the shackles of experimental time and venue,and provides more opportunities and possibilities for students' personalized independent exploration and extracurricular expansion experiments.As students are the center of learning,improving students' scientific literacy is the fundamental goal of physics teaching.By involving students in the development and application of low-cost physical experiments,not only the team of experimental development is expanded,but also the quantity and quality of development results are improved.More importantly,students' core literacy can be developed through the development and application of experiments.Secondly,combining the educational goal of physics course and the educational function and function of low-cost physics experiment,through the teaching case of low-cost physics experiment,this paper discusses the application of low-cost experiment in the four aspects of Physics Teaching: constructing physical concept,cultivating students' scientific thinking and scientific inquiry ability,infiltratingscientific attitude and responsibility,deducting exercises.In addition,it also explores the strategy of popularizing and developing and applying low-cost physical experiments in ordinary middle schools.
