| For primary school students,emotional experience is inevitable.The basic emotional experiences of primary school students mainly include fear,sadness,anger,pain and happiness.Among them,happiness is an important emotion to promote the healthy growth of primary school students,which fully shows the healthy psychological state of primary school students.In psychology,emotions such as happiness and joy are called good or positive emotions,and emotions such as anger,fear,sadness and pain are called bad or negative emotions.Whether primary school children can maintain a good mood has a huge impact on their physical and mental development.Therefore,it is very important to cultivate the ability of emotion regulation for primary school students.An important aspect of adolescents' mental health standards is stable emotions: mentally healthy adolescents have an advantage in positive emotional experiences such as optimism and satisfaction.Although mentally healthy adolescents may also experience negative emotions such as sorrow,confusion,failure,and frustration,they will not last long.They can appropriately express and control their emotions and keep them relatively stable.The reform of classroom teaching is advancing in an all-round way,which not only pays attention to students' mastery and understanding of knowledge,but also pays more attention to the cultivation of students' mental health and emotional regulation ability.The smooth progress of education and teaching is closely related to students' ability to regulate emotions.Only by finding the best entry point and aiming at the cultivation of students' ability of emotion regulation,can classroom teaching develop in a healthy direction,and the students will have a strong inner motivation,so as to achieve the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.Firstly,this study collected and read the relevant literature of positive psychology and emotion regulation training.After combing,it determined the research object,research purpose,research tools,and formed research hypotheses.This article takes the emotional changes of urban elementary school students as the research direction,and first conducts a psychological evaluation of all the students in the third grade of Jinshan Elementary School in Liangjiang New District,Chongqing.The assessment items include the "Primary School Students 'Mental Health Scale" and "Primary School Students' Emotional Adaptation Scale" in order to understand the overall mental health and emotional adaptation of students at this stage.Then we analyze the data of the two scales,among which the mental health assessment of primary school students found that learning adaptation and school interpersonal need to be concerned;the overall situation of the emotional adaptation scale of primary school students is good,and needs to be concerned about self-regulation.At the same time,through interviews with children,class teachers and parents of students with different personalities,we can know that the main causes of pupils' emotional problems are family factors,school factors,social factors,internal factors and emotional self-regulation factors.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interview,the research and development of the training program draws on the content of theoretical research and empirical research.In Jinshan primary school,the training plan is made for the students,parents,teachers and schools,and the practical research on the cultivation of emotion regulation ability of urban primary school students is carried out.First,the level of students: through the development of orderly living routines,appropriate physical training,and the use of positive cues to consciously adjust and release bad emotions,motivate learning motivation and improve learning performance.Second,the level of parents: Parents actively learn about their children's inner needs by actively participating in lectures and exchanges,creating a good family atmosphere within them,and using a reasonable way of parenting and setting an example for their children.Third,the level of teachers: make themself as an example,organize rich activities,infiltrate emotional education,and ask professional psychological teachers to conduct psychological counseling for children with negative emotions when they encounter professional problems.Fourth,the level of school : Jinshan Elementary School can more effectively solve children's emotional problems and promote their learning and life by conducting special psychological health education,setting up a psychological counseling room "Jinshan Happy Bar",and conducting teachers' mental health education training.In order to verify the cultivation effect of this study,the author used the method of cross-validation of quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation to examine the effect of dry cultivation.The results show that the training plan of Jinshan Elementary School can improve the ability of urban primary school students to regulate their emotions,improve their mental health,and have a positive effect on learning,and promote their mental health.Caring for primary school students is everyone's responsibility.If we don't find and deal with problems in time,primary school students may have psychological problems and even affect future life.This paper hopes to provide some theoretical basis and practical experience for the cultivation of emotion regulation ability of urban primary school students. |
