In modern society,people's lifestyles and values are changing rapidly,and the pressure of employment competition and life leads parents to be busy with work and neglect the mental health education for their children.At the same time,the majority of primary school students are "sub-mono-children",and the attribute endowed by "sub-mono-children" itself is "only me".At present,primary school students often suffer from maladjustment with school and classmates and changes in family and social environment when they grow up,resulting in depression,anxiety,fear,lack of sense of responsibility,improper emotional expression and control,and weak team spirit.Primary school students as the future pillars of the motherland,in the process of the growth of this small sapling if not timely intervention and guidance,they will not thrive.Campus football is a comprehensive sport integrating physical,technical,tactical and psychological elements.It not only enhances students' physical fitness,but also promotes students' "sound personality".Taking campus football as the carrier,it exerts its educational function of "cultivating talents by virtue".Based on the training model of French football,this paper explores whether the school football curriculum based on psychological training has a positive impact on the teamwork and emotional regulation of primary school students.In this research,113 students were selected from Tsinghua university prima school and Beijing bayi school in the third and fourth grades of two schools,including54 in the experimental group and 59 in the control group.Through the literature material method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire method and experimental method to analyze the research object,the questionnaire survey was conducted by HOW I FEEL and the scale of teamwork.The experimental group took the campus football course based on psychological training as the intervention course,the control group,in addition to daily sports extracurricular don't participate in any form of physical exercise after class,and made a comparative analysis after 10 weeks.Results:1.Before the formal test of the experimental intervention,the experimental group and the control group were analyzed by the homogeneity test,and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in teamwork;There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in positive emotion regulation,while there was no significant difference between negative emotion and emotional control.2.After the experimental intervention of campus football course based onpsychological training,compared with the control group,students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in positive emotions and emotional control,and significant decrease in negative emotions.3.After the experimental intervention of campus football course based on psychological training in the experimental group,compared with the control group,the students' teamwork has been significantly improved.Conclusion:1.The Campus Football Training can effectively improve the students' teamwork ability.2.School football activities based on psychological training can effectively improve the positive emotions of primary school students,reduce negative emotions,and effectively improve the ability to control emotions.
