Mood can affect a person's psychological state,good psychological state is to ensure a person's normal work,healthy life is one of the necessary conditions.However,emotions are not static,people in daily life will inevitably encounter good emotions and bad emotions.How to regulate emotions well and ensure that emotional fluctuations are within the normal range,which is not only one of the necessary means to prevent psychological basic,but also one of the indispensable ability to maintain personal physical and mental health.Negative emotions on the person's work,study and life,and personal health nots allow to ignore the adverse impact,personal happiness and satisfaction of life is largely dependent on positive emotions,therefore,the negative emotions into positive emotions,or the ill effects of negative emotions to people through the right way to comfort,is an important function of emotion regulation.In exercise psychology,the study of the relationship between physical exercise and emotional effects is one of the important research areas.Life satisfaction and life meaning are comprehensive psychological indicators to measure the quality of life of individuals in the world,among which the important factors to evaluate life satisfaction and life meaning are the control and regulation of emotional management ability.Therefore,improving the overall level of life satisfaction and sense of life meaning and strengthening the control of emotional management are particularly important for improving people's quality of life.Contemporary teenagers has big psychological change,the psychological quality is not stable,the psychological characteristics of plasticity strong,affected by the society,environment and so on various aspects and their psychological characteristics,easy to produce multiple negative psychological experience,such as emptiness,loneliness,confusion,in psychological sub-health state,for all kinds of psychological problems.Therefore,attaching importance to the sense of life satisfaction and life significance ofcontemporary teenagers,improving people's emotional regulation ability,and eliminating all kinds of negative psychological effects through physical exercise are the needs of preventing people's mental diseases and optimizing people's mental health.Scientific physical exercise is conducive to regulating bad emotions,enhancing positive emotions and promoting people's physical and mental health.However,people do not have a deep understanding of the effect of physical exercise in strengthening the body and mind.The psychological effect of physical exercise in the treatment of sub-health psychology and the prevention of mental diseases has not been widely recognized and valued,and the relevant research demonstration is also lacking.Therefore,the core content of this paper is to study is to explore in Sichuan province senior school's high three fresh participate in physical exercise and the relationship between emotion regulation ability,to improve people's quality of life,enhance people's emotion management ability,provide the theoretical reference to optimize people's psychological health,for normal school students emotion regulation ability and mental health education programs in order to provide the beneficial reference,for the effect of physical exercise and physical healthy heart provide empirical research data.Emotional management ability questionnaire,physical activity rating scale and physical exercise questionnaire were used in this study.The questionnaire has high reliability and validity.A total of 556 senior high school students in the seventh senior middle school in Panzhihua city,Sichuan province were investigated.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.The conclusion is as follows:There is a significant correlation between the time,intensity and frequency of physical exercise and emotional regulation ability,and the correlation coefficient between the intensity and frequency of physical exercise and emotional regulation ability is high.
