In recent years,while the country vigorously promotes quality education,under the pressure of the society,the evaluation of teachers in schools is still based on the results of the college entrance examination and the passing rate of the examination.There exists neglecting of moral education,marginalization of discipline and difficulty in the construction of teachers' team in ideological and political classes of senior high schools in Changzhi.From the perspective of teachers' main structure,assessment and evaluation system,incentive mechanism,social identity,and teachers' specialized quality,the research aims to analyze the overall situation of the construction the teachers.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts:The first part of this paper is to study the current situation of the construction of ideological and political teachers in Changzhi using the methods of questionnaire,interview and literature,according to the results,the main problems are: the main structure of ideological and political teachers is unreasonable from the data of age,education background and gender of teachers in the five high schools.The status of ideological and political courses is not high,which is concluded from the students' recognition of teachers' teaching,the imbalance of the division of Arts and Sciences,and the exclusion of ideological and political courses by other disciplines.Theinvestigation of school evaluation system and incentive mechanism shows that school responsibility is not implemented in place.Meanwhile,this paper points out the teachers' professional competence needs to be improved for that the ideological and political teachers are influenced by complicated economic environment,the quality of professional ability and moral education.In the second part,the author mainly analyzes the causes of the problems from the four aspects of Changzhi Education Department,society,school and individuals.The main reasons are as follows: the education department ignores the moral education of students and the implementation of talent introduction policies is not in place;the management system is unreasonable,and there are differences in educational resources between schools.Ideological and political teachers are lack of social identity,and they have low income and low social status,what's more,they can not correctly guide the development of students in the face of the impact of the new media era.Schools do not pay enough attention to the teachers,and training is difficult to meet their development.And they lack basic quality and ability,the communist ideal is not firm,and the ability to analyze and solve social problems is insufficient;the lack of information technology ability is not conducive to the innovation of teaching methods of ideological and political courses;due to the negative impact of traditional culture,the pursuit of teachers' internal well-being is ignored,which leads to the lack of motivation for self-improvement of ideological and political teachers and the reduction of professional sense.The third part mainly discusses the countermeasures to optimize the construction of the ideological and political teachers in Changzhi.First,the education authorities should clarify their responsibilities and improve the security mechanism for the construction of ideological and political teachers in senior high schools,besides,they are supposed to put the basic task of "Building Morality and cultivating talents" into practice,strengthen the cultivation of full-time ideological and political talents,reasonably plan educational resources,and optimize teachers and narrow the gap between schools.Second,the whole society should improve the status and strengthen social identity of ideological and political teachers using the power of the state,the government,and the mainstream media,In addition,by clarifying the main positionand improving the treatment guarantee mechanism of ideological and political teachers,their status should be improved.Third,schools should enrich the training forms,improve the training system,strengthen the teachers' training and establish a sound incentive evaluation mechanism to stimulate the creative activities of teachers.Fourth,the ideological and political teachers themselves should improve their awareness of position,optimize their knowledge structure,strengthen their ideals and beliefs,strengthen the construction of teachers' morality,enhance their awareness of moral education and improve their ability of information technology,so as to strengthen their professional quality.This is also the focus of this paper.Finally,the author conducts this reseach hoping that the teachers' living environment can be changed and the overall quality of high school ideological and political teachers in Changzhi can be promoted,thus contributing to Changzhi high school education.
