| As one of the basic dimensions of the Key Competencies of politics in the senior high school,the law consciousness has been written into the newly revised National Politics Curriculum Standards for Senior High School.The sense of rule of law is not only the cultivation of students' personal qualities,but also the echo of the national policy of rule of law.With the development of law consciousness and accomplishment,higher requirements and challenges have been put forward to the legal knowledge,legal consciousness,legal spirit and legal teaching ability of senior high school political teachers.The research utilizes questionnaire surveys and teacher interview survey methods to investigate and analyze the status quo of law consciousness of senior high school ideological and political teachers from four dimensions: legal knowledge,law consciousness,belief in rule of law,and teaching ability in rule of law.On the basis of practical significance,this thesis proposes effective countermeasures for ideological and political teachers to consciously promote their quality of rule of law.Firstly,the concept and connotation of ideological and political teachers' legal accomplishment are defined by the method of literature research.According to the research,the rule of law accomplishment of ideological and political teachers refers to that ideological and political teachers have certain legal knowledge,form a sound sense of the rule of law,establish a scientific belief in the rule of law,and have the basic teaching ability of the rule of law after systematic study and practice in students' life and working period.The content of ideological and political teachers' legal accomplishment is defined as four dimensions: legal knowledge,legal consciousness,legal belief and legal education and teaching ability.Second,through the analysis of the current situation,the following problems are found in the legal literacy of high school ideological and political teachers: the grasp of legal knowledge is not comprehensive,and the gap between teachers is large.The legal consciousness mostly stays on perceptual knowledge,and the legal consciousness is not fully established.The ability to be competent in law education and teaching needs to be improved.On the basis of status analysis,interview results and literature research,this thesis summarizes and classifies the reasons for the existence of the rule of law literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.Firstly,the pre-employment legal knowledge of teachers is not comprehensive and in-depth.Secondly,ideological and political teachers after the post of the legal knowledge of the lack of internal motivation.Finally,schools do not pay enough attention to the rule of law education of teachers.Finally,in view of these problems and influencing factors,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures to improve the legal literacy of ideological and political teachers.Mastering the necessary legal knowledge is the foundation for improving teachers' legal literacy.Teachers should consolidate the legal knowledge foundation based on the "course standard" legal content,and utilize multiple channels to learn legal knowledge.Promoting the awareness of the rule of law is an important prerequisite to improve the quality of teachers in the rule of law.Teachers in education and teaching and life practice should establish the awareness of the rule of law in various forms of training to increase legal awareness.Cultivating a firm belief in the rule of law is the source of motivation to improve teachers' quality in the rule of law.Establish the belief in the rule of law in respecting the monk and uphold the law.Strengthening the rule of law in law abiding and usage.It is a realistic goal to improve teachers' legal literacy to have the ability to use legal education and teaching.In after-class practice teaching activities,which is important for teachers to improve the teaching ability of law education. |
