In recent years, the high school thought political lesson teacher professional standards continue to improve, however, are not well adapted to the requirements of the new curriculum reform. In this paper, using literature survey method, questionnaire investigation method, interview survey method, statistical analysis and other research methods to analysis the influence factors of service quality of Ideological and political teachers in high school, and to enhance the high school thought political lesson teacher’s service quality and provides a feasible path, reveal the inherent regularity of the business to enhance the quality of Ideological and political teachers in high school, to promote the healthy growth of China’s senior high school thought political lesson teacher team.
