Michalinos Zembylas is a researcher who has made outstanding contributions in the field of teacher emotion research.With the academic support of post-structuralist theory and its related theories,he formed a unique teacher emotion theory of post-structuralism based on his academic,education and work experience.He published the first monograph in the field of teaching emotion research < Teaching with Emotion:A Postmodern Enactment > which promoted the phased development of teacher emotion research.Combining with the construction of our teachers in new era,the main purpose of this paper is to seek some support for our country to implement the fundamental task of Morality Education on the basis of clarifying teacher emotion,and to achieve the Four Good Teacher standard by systematically reviewing and evaluating the formation of the Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory and its basic content.Guided by post-structuralist theory,Zembylas believes that the construction of teacher emotions is mainly influenced by society,culture and politics.As an important link between teacher emotions and society,culture and politics,emotional rule regulate teacher emotions.Under the guidance of anti-binary opposition in post-structuralism theory,Zembylas believes that the influence of emotional rules on teachers is both good and bad.Teachers can exert their emotional power through active use of their emotions and resist the oppression of emotional rules.Based on the analysis of the basic content of Zembylas's Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory,it can be seen that it has a unique and systematic research methodology.It has shown anti-metaphysics,discourse focus,and deconstruction on the philosophical level,focusing on ethnographic applications from a disciplinary perspective,and focusing on the use of interdisciplinary,case,and in-depth interview methods in specific operating methods.Zembylas's Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory effectively expands the discourse system of teacher emotion research.An in-depth analysis of it can extract that his teacher emotion research has emphasized the mutual shaping of the relationship between teacher emotion and power,actively highlights the critical function of teachers emotion,and focuses on analyzing the relationship between teacher emotion and teachers' identities.Combined with its characteristics,Zembylas's Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory mainly shows three major contributions.It analyzes the teacher emotion around the power relationship in many aspects,enriches the discourse system of teacher emotion theory with anti dualism thinking,and shows the advantages of ethnographic method in the research of teacher emotion.In addition to his contribution,there are some limitations in Zembylas's Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory.Only by grasping the limitations can we understand the significance and value of his theory.Combined with the background of the construction of the teachers in our country,the search for the connection between Zembylas's Post-structuralist Teacher Emotion Theory and the reality of teacher emotion in our country can provide some reference and inspiration for the practical exploration and theoretical research of teacher emotion in our country.Understand teacher emotion based on local society,culture and politics.Grasp the specific emotion rules faced by different groups of teachers.Guide teachers to use their emotions to resist negative emotion rules.And integrate interdisciplinary ideas and methods to deepen teacher emotion research.
