In October 2015, the 15 th China education informationization innovation and development of BBS is to "Internet plus education" as the theme, to explore the depth of Internet information technology and education, in order to promote the education informatization in our country towards "depth fusion, to create" torward a new stage. Education, as the most concerned area in the future Internet industry, "Internet plus education" will bring the education reformatinon a new opportunity, supported by the Internet information of disruptive change is quietly.With the continuous development of the Internet era, all kinds of emerging information technology is coming into the classroom, such as micro-course, mooc, white board, Flipped Class and so on, which make the teachers’ teaching have a great change, and have taken place in the classroom has some "flip". But the autonomous learning ability of students is not significantly strengthened, and the quality of teaching is no obvious ascension, the classroom is still lack of clever breath of life. There is an old saying: Non exclusive gentleman is also good for it. Internet plus education is generated the Smart education, in the face of so many information technology supported by Internet, how can teachers show more reasonable and appropriate application to these technologies, how can let these technologies help teachers make better teaching adequately? The wisdom of teaching is particularly important.This study adopts the method of literature, under the background of dig deeper into the Internet plus education connotation and characteristics of teachers’ teaching wisdom and components, at the same time, exploring the main factors influencing the teachers’ teaching wisdom generation, and put forward the corresponding teaching wisdom generation strategy. Through the study I found that the internal factors which influence teachers’ teaching wisdom generation mainly including: teachers’ teaching concept, teachers’ knowledge structure; the external factors mainly include: the classroom environment, school environment and social environment. Under the information technology environment teachers teaching is wisdom to generate continuous improvement process, this requires teachers to set up the consciousness of lifelong learning, through constant practice, gradually enhance the level of their own wisdom. and also the school management need create a good external conditions, increase the intensity of teacher training, the construction of Internet course resource, which help promote teachers’ teaching wisdom generated.
