Although the credit system has developed for many years in China,most of the universities that adopt the credit system are the academic year credit system.Strictly speaking,it is not the real credit system.The complete credit system breaks through the limitation of academic year,implements flexible graduation years and students' independent course selection,fully respects the individual development of student,and more conforms to the demand of compound talents in the 21 st century economic society.China's Ministry of education proposes to promote and develop the credit system.According to the guidance of the credit system issued by the Department of education of Guangdong Province,university A has implemented the complete credit system since 2015.After several years of practice,the course selection work in this university is complicated and the result of course selection is poor.Among the 4500 graduates in 2019,no one can graduate ahead of schedule,which is not in line with the original intention of implementing the credit system flexible graduation period.Combined with my work experience,this paper intends to study the implementation effect of the government credit system policy in university A from the perspective of: firstly,using the questionnaire method,to study the influence of graduation credit structure setting,curriculum setting,teacher evaluation results,curriculum assessment difficulty,students' personal subjective factors on students' course selection results,and then study the shortcomings of the existing policies;secondly,using the qualitative research methods to explore the factors of students' early graduation restriction: from the perspective of credit ceiling,freedom of course selection,graduation internship graduation thesis related settings and external environment constraints,and then study the deficiencies of existing policies.From the above analysis results,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the existing credit system policies in China: to establish the standards of talent training program,to establish the credit system course assessment system,to establish the open system of teaching evaluation results,to establish and improve the course selection system,to establish and improve the course selection guidance system,to explore the cross campus course selection,to strengthen the publicity of credit system,to enhance social acceptance,and to optimize graduation capital Check procedures,establish and improve credit system related teaching management system,etc.All of that is in order to improve the current credit system policy in China,and provide reference suggestions for the scientific implementation of the complete credit system.
