In the context of the accelerated transformation and upgrading of China's economy,the position of enterprises in the process of industrialization and urbanization is increasingly important,and the needs of employees and enterprises will also change to varying degrees,which will bring enterprises A series of questions.Therefore,it is urgent to eliminate the problems in the enterprise and use professional methods to intervene in the enterprise to carry out social work services.In addition,in recent years,due to the promotion of national policies,the development of corporate social work has also formed many powerful conditions.At present,the development of the work of enterprises in China is slower and later,and it is still in the stage of service exploration.There is little experience for the development of enterprise social work services under the model.In order to summarize the practical experience of the government's purchase of corporate social work service projects under the "plant-based model" and to enrich the research content of corporate social work,this paper takes the social work projects of G-resident companies purchased by the Huangpu District Government of Guangzhou as the research object,using participatory observation and The interview method discusses the service content and effectiveness of the social enterprise service station of the G enterprise under the "plant-based model".Based on the guidance of the field theory and the practical situation,it analyzes the difficulties and causes of the service provided by the social worker in the factory.Measures to further improve the effectiveness of corporate social work services under this model.The research found that: First,the social work project of the G-enterprise mainly provided services in the four aspects of work level,life needs,personal growth and social participation in response to the needs of enterprises and employees,and produced outputs that promoted the personal development of employees and the harmonious relationship between employers and employees.The effectiveness of three levels of establishment and enterprise development.Second,the service dilemma of corporate social workers in practice revolves around factors such as habit,capital,and power status in the field,and there are difficulties in the construction of admittance capital,the habit of “disconnection” and practice between the practice subject and the field The main power position lacks several dilemmas,and these dilemmas come from insufficient capital preparation under the social work field,low acceptance of the social work by the enterprise field,conflicts between habits in the two fields,conflicts,and weak support from the government.Thirdly,according to the reasons for the existence of multi-sector field subjects,countermeasures such as restructuring social workers' admission capital,narrowing the differences between social workers and field habits,and improving the status of power subjects of social workers stationed in factories are proposed.
