The family is the first school in life,and the parent is the child 's first teacher,which is crucial to the child 's growth and development.Family education is a process in which parents grow up with their children.In real life,some parents do not know how to raise their children.They feel that they have invested time and money for their children,but the effect is not obvious,and no good Ways to raise children.Parenting methods such as punishment,beatings,and ignorance left behind are not conducive to the healthy growth of children,and may cause parent-child problems.This study focuses on the parenting methods of parents,analyzes the parenting status of parents in the J community in Guangzhou through community surveys,and obtains the parenting needs,and uses the experiential learning circle theory to design a positive disciplinary group to improve the parenting concept through the group And parenting behavior.The evaluation showed that parents who participated in the Positive Discipline Group had a more positive parenting concept,which influenced their parenting behavior,the relationship between parents and children was more harmonious,the parental status of the parents participating in the group had significantly improved,and the parenting ability had been improved.The study of positive disciplinary knowledge is not temporary,nor can it be compensated by a group.The team members should keep learning and master more positive disciplinary tools.Social workers should conduct mid-and long-term assessments through telephone interviews and other forms to understand the changes of team members.Consolidate the effectiveness of the team and encourage team members to continue learning.The positive effect of discipline on the improvement of parenting styles.
