The No.46 document issued by the State Council clearly states that "the restrictions on broadcasting rights of sports events shall be relaxed,and TV sets for domestic sports events other than the Olympic Games,Asian Games and World Cup football games may be purchased or transferred directly." This undoubtedly promotes the market development of the broadcasting right of large-scale sports events to enter a rapid development stage,arousing many transactions of the broadcasting right of sports events in the market,especially with the innovation of information technology,new media has become an important media of sports events broadcasting.In recent years,Internet plus sports has become a hot spot in the market.Internet companies are taking the big event broadcast as a starting point to intervene in the sports market,and compete for huge sums of money to compete for broadcasting rights in the national and international sports events.In this context,that is to say,in the process of transforming from traditional media to new media,the market of broadcasting right of sports events,which used television as the main communication channel,has been gradually updated,which has broken the inherent fortress of traditional media and realized the advantage configuration of information transmission.Therefore,how to adapt the market development of broadcasting right of large-scale sports events in China to the development of new media has become an urgent need for the academic community to follow up The theoretical research of.This paper adopts the methods of documentary,expert interview,case analysis and logical analysis.The main research contents include: exploring the necessity of the market development of the broadcasting right of large-scale sports events;combing the market development process of the broadcasting right of large-scale sports events in China,taking the market development of LETV sports for the broadcasting right of China Super League as an example,analyzing the transformation of large-scale sports events in China Based on the analysis of the current situation,this paper summarizes the difficulties of the market development of the broadcasting right of the large-scale sports events in the new media era,and then puts forward the market development strategies of the broadcasting right of thelarge-scale sports events in the new media era through the market development cases of the broadcasting right of the large-scale sports events in foreign countries.To create a good environment for the development of China's sports broadcasting right market and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's sports broadcasting right market.Through the research,we get the following basic conclusions:(1)the resources of large-scale sports events at home and abroad are limited,but the number of media companies is increasing,resulting in the increasingly fierce competition for the broadcasting right of sports events,and the price of the broadcasting right is also rising.(2)The market development experience of sports broadcasting rights in foreign developed countries can be used for reference.In terms of event production content,domestic media companies can communicate and cooperate with foreign technical teams to minimize technical loopholes and improve users' experience of watching games;in terms of broadcasting rights sales channels,self media platforms should be built while actively expanding overseas businesses;in terms of member payment mode,We can keep the traditional payment mode and update the payment mode in time to meet the needs of users;in terms of infringement prevention,we can implement joint prevention and control with other countries,but the key is to develop detection software as soon as possible.
