With the progress of today's society,the quality of pre-school education needs to improve constantly,throughout the current level of preschool education teachers are uneven.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and science and technology,the effect of economic globalization is becoming more and more remarkable.The promulgation and implementation of the family planning policies such as "Opening up the Second Child ",the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and the Outline for Development 2010-2020,the State Council's Opinions on the Current Development of Preschool Education and the Law on the Promotion of the People's Law have all brought preschool education into the forefront of the world.The term reform has become the most popular term in the field of preschool education in recent years,and the whole field of preschool education is facing readjustment and shuffling.At the same time,the contradiction of preschool education still highlights the number of teachers,labor compensation,teachers' academic qualifications,professional quality,employment stability and other problems need to be improved.This paper takes private private kindergartens in preschool education as the research object,investigates and analyzes the competency problems of B kindergarten teachers by means of literature review,in-depth interview,questionnaire,competency dictionary,competency model,etc.,introduces in detail the current situation of competence deficiency of three kinds of teachers in B kindergarten,constructs competency model and puts forward the solution of competence deficiency.The innovation of this paper is to focus on the kindergarten in the field of preschool education.Comprehensive use of a variety of methods,comprehensive analysis of the B kindergarten three types of teachers competency and existing problems.Aimed to put forward the optimization solution to help B kindergarten in the situation of insufficient competence,improve the competence of teachers,promote the development of enterprises,but also for the same type of education enterprise competency problems,to provide a certain reference.
