Research On The Training Mode Of Manufacturing Talents In Beijing

With the coordinated development of the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Beijing's manufacturing industry has moved out a lot,and Beijing has transformed into a service-oriented city.The relocation of manufacturing enterprises poses a severe challenge to the survival and development of Beijing Higher Vocational manufacturing specialty(referred to as Beijing manufacturing).How to transform the manufacturing specialty and change the original talent training mode to adapt to the new industrial development in Beijing has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the investigation and analysis of Beijing's industrial structure,this paper determines the transformation and upgrading orientation of manufacturing specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges-Beijing urban service operation.In the urban service operation,3D printing medical service is selected as the transformation direction of manufacturing specialty.This paper takes Tsinghua Ziguang 3D printing medical order class of Beijing Institute of technology as an example to study the training mode of manufacturing talents in Beijing(the training mode of manufacturing talents in Beijing studied in this paper specifically refers to the training mode of manufacturing talents in Beijing).The school cooperates with Tsinghua Ziguang to establish Tsinghua Ziguang order class and train interdisciplinary talents of medical and manufacturing industries.Meanwhile,it explores the interdisciplinary talents training mode of higher vocational colleges.On the basis of the original talents training mode,it further analyzes and researches,constantly improves,renews and optimizes it,and puts forward a new talent training mode and carries out the training The conclusion is given.This paper points out the transformation direction and new personnel training mode of manufacturing major in Beijing Higher Vocational Education,It also provides reference experience for solving the survival problem of manufacturing specialty in Beijing Higher Vocational College.
