Research On Personnel Training Of Research-based Travel Service In Yantai Secondary Vocational School

As a new mode of “tourism + education” — educational tourism,since rising to the national level in 2013,has been widely concerned,followed by the emergence of a new market matching demand-study travel service talent.Therefore,the training of research travel service personnel has become a new direction of tourism vocational education.Yantai City has the unique resources and opportunities to develop research travel,to promote the further development of research travel,the most important is to match the research travel service personnel as support.But at present Yantai city lacks the corresponding research study travel service talented person,that will become the research study travel development resistance.The secondary vocational schools,as the trainers of the first-line tourism practitioners,should shoulder the mission and take on the important task of training the personnel of the study travel service.This paper,through the questionnaire survey method,the current Yantai research travel base and enterprises,tourists issued questionnaires to understand the current Yantai research travel market for research travel service talent demand.At the same time,three typical secondary vocational school students and teachers in Yantai issued questionnaires to understand the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers,talent training,students’ cognitive status and so on.Through the interview method,the well-known teachers of Yantai secondary vocational school are interviewed to further understand the current situation of the training of research travel service talents in secondary vocational schools.Through the analysis of the research results,the present situation of research-based travel service personnel training in Yantai secondary vocational school is refined,and the corresponding strategies are put forward for the training of research-based travel service personnel in Yantai secondary vocational school.Secondary vocational schools should attach great importance to study travel education,put the training of study travel service personnel on the agenda;formulate study travel training programs to train study travel compound talents;add study travel related courses to speed up the compilation of relevant teaching materials;implement the strategy of “going out and bringing in” to enhance teachers’ overall quality;deepen “cooperation between school and enterprises” and carry out the training mode of order-based personnel;carry out market tracking research to understand the dynamic demand changes in the industry.It is hoped that this thesis can combine theory with practice,promote the training of research travel service personnel in Yantai secondary vocational school,and provide help for the further developmentof research travel in Yantai city in the future.
