volunteers service linkage and the connotation,to explore the medical social worker medical volunteers between government,society and the logical relationship between the subject and its service for medical social workers and volunteers interaction potential role and influence of multiple subject building services both linkage cooperative governance model for the government to perfect the relevant policy of medical social workers and volunteers hospital to strengthen the construction of the linkage management system Higher medical colleges and universities actively set up social work major in the direction of medical social work and incorporate medical students' participation in medical volunteer service into the credit management system of compulsory courses,so as to put forward strategies and Suggestions for the cultivation and reform of professional talents.Methods: A total of 1242 medical volunteers and 180 hospital managers were surveyed in 18 urban public hospitals in different regions of zhejiang province,with a quota of 70 medical volunteers and 10 hospital managers for each hospital.Cronbach's coefficient and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire on the service status and demand of medical volunteers,as well as the hospital managers' cognition of the service linkage between medical social workers and volunteers.T test and variance analysis were used to compare the differences between medical volunteers with different demographic characteristics in the need of service linkage with social workers and the differences in the cognitive attitude of hospital managers.The effects of various governance factors on the service linkage needs of medical volunteers and social workers and the cognition attitude of hospital managers were analyzed by multiple linear regression method.The structural equation model was used to verify the service linkage needs model between medical volunteers and social workers.Results:(1)the overall Cronbach's coefficient of the service linkage between medical volunteers and social workers and the cognitive attitude questionnaire of hospital managers were0.960 and 0.947,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of the three common factors was63.05% and 64.68%,both of which were over 60%.Both questionnaires had good reliability and validity.(2)the single factor analysis showed that different demographic characteristics of the medical volunteers and social workers service linkage,scoring statistically significant medical volunteers linkage need to score more than men,women 18 to 44,medical volunteers linkage need to score the highest,bachelor degree and above medical volunteers scored higher than other medical service linkage needs was successively that medical volunteers' service improved the service quality of the hospital,improved the service efficiency of the hospital,reduced the work burden of medical volunteers and social workers.(2)there are differences in the scores of linkage needs of medical volunteers of different genders,ages,educational levels and occupational types;Hospital managers of different ages and working years have different attitudes towards the necessity of service linkage.(3)social recognition and management of medical volunteers are key governance factors to improve the service linkage between medical volunteers and social workers;The medical volunteers have a low awareness of the volunteer service system developed by the government,which suggests that the publicity of the volunteer service system should be strengthened to make more volunteers familiar with the relevant policies and systems.(4)The service linkage between medical volunteers and social workers is affected by the cognitive attitude,management work,policy cognition,social identity and other related factors of medical volunteers,so the collaborative governance should be adopted to promote the service linkage between the two.The government has improved the related policies of medical social workers and volunteers,hospitals have strengthened the construction of the joint management system between them,colleges and universities have actively set up social work majors in the direction of medicalsocial work,and medical students' participation in medical volunteer services has been
