As a common mental phenomenon,psychological inversion is most obvious among high school students.In all courses of high school,students display strongest psychological inversion of ideological and political courses.Ideological and political class is an important foundation of moral education.Studying ideology and politics in high school will boosts students ability to take part in social activities and help them establish correct political direction and outlook on world,life and value.In addition,it will also improve students' scientific spirit and legal sense.However,high school students' psychological inversion of ideological and politics courses will hinder the progress of this course and affect the development of students' ideological and moral quality and improvement of comprehensive ability.Faced with the impact of psychological inversion,we should perceive it in a dialectical thinking,actively take effective measures to strengthen the appeal of ideological and political courses in high school and enhance students' interests in learning ideological and political courses,thus allowing students to accept and cooperate with teacher in teaching and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political courses.Based on actual teaching experience,this paper aims at psychological inversion of ideological and political courses.Based on actual teaching experience.The author summarizes the related education theories and surveys the students in Shucheng middle school in Chongzhou city through questionnaire to explore the strategies of easing the students' psychological inversion of ideological and political courses.This paper firstly defines and illustrates the psychological inversion of ideological and political courses in high schools and then analyzes the necessity of researching psychological inversion of ideological and political courses in high schools.Secondly,based on the result of this questionnaire,the author discusses the detrimental impact of psychological inversion of ideological and political courses on students' ideology and cognition.He also analyzes the adverse impact of psychological inversion on studying ideological and political courses,such as misunderstanding of certain content of ideological and political courses,insufficient trust of some politics teachers,lack of motivation for studying ideology and politics and rigid methods of studying ideology and politics.Thirdly,based on the result of questionnaire and interview with teachers,this paper analyzes the cause of psychological inversion of ideological and political courses in high school from the aspects of students themselves,comprehensive quality of teachers and teaching environment.Lastly,the authordiscusses the strategies of coping with high school students' psychological inversion of ideological and political courses from the aspects of students,teachers and teaching environment.Students should strengthen their right understanding of ideological and political courses and change their motivation for studying.Politics teachers should actively explore the reforms to enhance the appeal of classes and improve their comprehensive quality.The whole society should create external environment conducive to the teaching of ideological and political course in high schools.
