In2001the national implementation of the new round of the basic education reform, in the "basic education curriculum reform program (Trial)" mentioned in the "clear:to actively make full use of methods for developing the school inside and outside and make use of curriculum resources." With the continuous progress of curriculum reform,more and more people began to concern and attention of curriculum development and use of resources, but also make many experts and scholars actively engaged in Ideological and political education curriculum resources, the research makes them achieved rich theoretical results based on the forefront of teaching.As the curriculum reform unceasingly thorough, many disciplines have gradually adopted a new teaching mode, thus changing the classroom dull, boring, empty didactic theory. The middle school thought political lesson’s theory is strong, and in the middle school thought political lesson teaching exist many problems, therefore, to strengthen the reform of the curriculum of Ideological and political course in middle school, the development of new curriculum resources, help to improve teaching efficiency. In recent years, the rapid development of network technology provides the opportunity for the reform of educational modernization. China has a rich red resources, combine the red resources and network technology, formed a colorful red movie resources. The effective development and utilization of resources of red film, red film resources into the middle school politics teaching, can play its due value.Several aspects of this paper will be used in the film the resource of high school in the ideological and political education in middle school from the red movie resources and deficiencies and teachers in the classroom needs to pay attention on the study. The full text is divided into seven parts:the first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic, discusses the methods of literature research, observation and other methods. The second part definition of relevant concepts of red film and television resources. The third part introduces the development of video resources and basic features of red. The fourth part mainly tells the story of red film resources in Ideological and political teaching in high school function. The fifth parts analyze deficiencies of movie resources exist through practical teaching activities. Through the red movie resources research in Ideological and political lesson in middle school use, more conducive to stimulate students to learn the lessons of Ideological and political enthusiasm, improve the students’ learning enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.
