| Good class culture can not only promote the overall healthy development of secondary vocational school students,but also effectively improve the efficiency of teacher class management.Therefore,in the rapid development of secondary vocational education today,how to use class culture to enable secondary vocational students has become the focus of current research.This paper takes the class culture of Yingde A vocational school as the research object,through the questionnaire survey and the interview investigation research method,summarizes the current secondary vocational school class culture construction process existence main problems: the school to the class culture construction guidance strength is not enough;the teacher to the class culture construction leading role is not strong;the student to the class culture construction main body position is unknown;the family and the enterprise to the class culture construction participation insufficient.Aiming at the problems of unclear responsibilities and imperfect coordination mechanism in class culture construction of schools,teachers,students and schools-enterprise-home,this paper puts forward some improvement strategies from four levels: school,teachers,students and school-enterprise-home,clarifies the division of labor among the subjects in class culture construction,starts from constructing rules and regulations of class culture construction at school level,promotes teachers’ enthusiasm and professional accomplishment in class culture construction,and takes professional characteristics and grade characteristics as the goal to shape the richness of class participation in class culture construction.Pay attention to home-school cooperation,strengthen the integration of class culture and corporate culture,form a school-enterprise-home multi-party participation mechanism,so as to create an excellent atmosphere of class culture,and train students to become professional talents with both moral and talented abilities. |
