The implementation of the reform of the new college entrance examination has brought new opportunities for ordinary high school education,promoted the development of the personality of ordinary high school students,given students the right to choose and autonomy,and in the true sense promoted the development of students' comprehensive quality.The new college entrance examination reformed and innovated in the form and content of the examination,but due to the trial and error of the reform,ordinary high school teachers did not adapt to the reform,which brought about changes in the teacher's professional pressure.Become a topic we are concerned about.Through the literature method and the investigation method,the status of occupational pressure of ordinary high school teachers in Shandong Province under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,the influencing factors and the countermeasures to alleviate the pressure are studied in order to arouse the society's further attention to ordinary high school teachers.Through the analysis of the existing research and the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination,the self-edited questionnaire was used.Ten teachers from 10 ordinary high schools in five prefectures and cities in Shandong Province were interviewed and 600 teachers were questionnaires.Validity test,descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,analysis of variance,etc.,combined with the results of interview surveys to study the professional pressure of ordinary high school teachers under the background of the new college entrance examination reform.Research shows that after the reform of the new college entrance examination,the professional pressure of ordinary high school teachers has increased and there are significant differences in various dimensions.The survey results show that the pressure value of teachers 'occupational pressure change is 3.97,which is defined as some increase,and 81.06% of teachers believe that their occupational pressure has increased under the background of the reform of the new college entrance examination;Larger,94.7% of the teachers have occupational stress feelings of general pressure and above,and have obvious occupational stress feelings.In terms of occupational pressure and the three dimensions defined,there are significant differences in teachers' gender,age,seniority,job title,whether they are the class teacher,at school and after work hours.According to the pressure influencing factors proposed by Robbins pressure theory combined with the background of the new college entrance examination reform,the main influencing factors of the increase in the occupational pressure of ordinary high school teachers are: changes in college entrance examination reform policies,organizational security factors,awareness factors about the new college entrance examination reform,and teachers Individual factors.Compared with the traditional college entrance examination reform,the new college entrance examination reform has brought teachers and teachers ' pressure on teaching and management.The career planning education team of teachers has increased the requirements for teacher specialization.At the same time,senior management has lacked protection for teachers during the reform process;although the reform has been promoted It has been a long time,but teachers,parents and students still do not have a comprehensive understanding of the new college entrance examination.In addition,after the reform,teacher resources and the increase in teacher requirements have caused teachers to catch up with the progress of teaching.The shortage of teacher ratios has further exacerbated the professional pressure on teachers.To effectively alleviate the professional pressure of teachers,this article believes that the education authorities should actively play an organizational role while gradually improving the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform policy,to promote teachers to respond to the pressure reasonably;further reduce the blind spots of the new college entrance examination reform,improve teachers,parents and students While understanding the new college entrance examination,it is also necessary to improve the professionalism of teachers.Through the above measures to help teachers adapt to the new college entrance examination reform,thereby promoting teachers' professional development.
