On April 23,2019,the Jiangsu provincial government announced the new college entrance examination program,which is not only about the future development of millions of families,but also an important lever to influence China's talent reserves.County-level middle school teachers must adjust their teaching ideas,follow the direction of the reform of the college entrance examination,and realize the transformation of knowledge-based teachers to literate teachers.This study takes a county-level middle school in Yangzhou City,Jiangsu Province as a case study,Using literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods and other research methods,the difficulties of the professional development path of teachers at the county level in the context of the new college entrance examination are studied in depth and their perfection,and focuses on analyzing the current situation of the professional development path of teachers in the school and the effect of the implementation of these paths,and how to improve the practical difficulties of path implementation.This study is divided into five parts to carry out in-depth exploration of the above problems.Part One: Introduction.This part expounds the research background,the reason for selecting the topic,the research significance,the research method and the research idea,and makes a literature review to determine the core concept.Part II: The general profile of case schools and the status of teachers.This section mainly obtains basic information on case schools and teachers through questionnaire and data collection methods.These are not only important factors affecting the professional development of teachers,but also important reference basis for high school to choose the right path.Part III: Investigation and analysis of the professional level of teachers in case schools.This part mainly takes the questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the current situation of professional development of teachers in case schools.It can not only verify the success of path practice,but also find out the outstanding problems faced by teachers' professional development,and provide clues and basis for the investigation of the next path problem.Part IV: The status quo and problems of the professional development path of teachers in case schools.This part mainly adopts the interview method and observation method,according to the investigation of the current situation of teacher's professional development in part three,further diagnoses what problems have occurred in the course of the current path implementation leading to the teacher's professional development not reaching its proper state.Part V: The professional development path improvement strategy of teachers in case schools.On the basis of the objective conditions of the second part of the case schools and the analysis of the fourth part of the path problem,the strategies and suggestions for promoting the professional development path of case school teachers are put forward.
