Research On The Status Quo Of Professional Career Education In Ordinary Senior High Schools Under The Background Of The New College Entrance Examination Reform

As the Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)states,a student development guidance system should be established,in order to guide students' various aspects such as ideal,psychology,school work and life.In 2014,with the comprehensive operation in Shanghai and Zhejiang experimental units,the reform of college entrance examination in our country has entered a new era.According to the contents in State Council's Implement Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination Recruiting System and Liaoning's Implement program on Deepening the Reform of the Enrollment-System Reform,the students enrolled in 2018 will take the college entrance examination in 2012 in a totally different mode.Under the pressure of the college entrance examination reform,the career education of ordinary senior high schools is put in the most primary and significant position.Based on the collection and research of related literature,this dissertation selects 332 students in Grade One and Grade Two,who are in two ordinary senior high schools of different types.Among the collected questionnaires,309 of them are valid,accounting for 93.07%.Combined with the actual information attained from interviews,this dissertation tries to explore how to carry out career education under the background of the college entrance examination reform,and classifies and studies the matters in terms of government,school and teacher,which play an important role in current career education.By means of research and combined with practical work experience,this dissertation proposes that,under the background of the college entrance examination reform,the career education in ordinary senior high school should provide opportunities for students to experience various jobs,develop a curriculum system which is suitable for this region,combine the construction of teaching staff,tutorial system and research-based learning together,and change concepts.This dissertation does not refer to every aspect in career educationbut offers administrative department for education and the schools and teachers who carry out career education some references,which is aimed to stress the key points and urge them to put the fundamental aim and final influence on students.
